So I won 5800 from inetbet... So their site states 50 dollar fee for check by courier and then all fees waived for first withdrawal in first month.

I wanted to make sure that I'm only gonna get docked 50 bucks, and the reply I just got said my fees for this cash out is are you ready...293 dollars.

Does this even sound right? I have never heard such a thing in all my years.

@maxd max is there a local inetbet rep around for some surface inquiries? Thanks đź‘Ť

iNetBet has been Accredited at Casinomeister for nearly 20 years.
Just for comparison... Slotocash is a flat 30 dollar fee no matter how many times you cash out. Just won 6700 bucks with Sloto and the two 3000 checks was a total of 60 in fees which was 30 per check. That's reasonable to me.

They didn’t explain in any way why the commission became so large?

Well so basically i had already used up my one free cash out. But I had only ever assumed 50 bucks was their fee... I guess I just never hit big enough there to know.

But on their site I see a 5% or minimum 50 dollar fee.

I just find that wild I guess... Like I said it makes me really not want to play there outside of maybe doing one cash out that's free and being done because the idea that they will just snatch 5% of anything big sucks. As I said I just never even remotely would've thought that one bit.

And as I said other casinos just crush that... Slotos 30 dollar fees sound like a dream compared to this..

So like here's what's frustrating...because firstly they have a 2500 limit so that's aleady kinda small per payout. You can't choose bitcoin if you didn't deposit bitcoin whereas like at Sloto if you hit for 5000 you can absolutely take 3000 in a check and then 2000 bitcoin all in one swoop... Very nice.

Then not only on this i had my cashout kicked back and they said you can request on the 18th...so I gotta wait til Monday and was informed it's 5%.

So it really just kinda feels like running thru hoops to get the money I won fair and square.

My option is wait til first of October because then I can cash it with all fees waived.. Which sure is nice but after that one cashout it's like man they're gonna take ya to task.

Well, all the same, 30 dollar fees are crazy even against the backdrop of this %

It is a huge fee, indeed. Basically, in this case, you are paying full PSP transaction cost, which actually might be around 5%. Maybe they can make exception, if you deposit minimum amount in BTC, and then cash-out whole amount back to BTC wallet?

Honestly, I always liked inetbet and its sister, Kudos, but I stopped playing there due exclusively to these complicated, tricky withdrawal rules. Just impossible and unpleasant, though everything else about them, I liked. They'd have a lot more business if they backed off on being such sticklers on these rules and regulations, but alas, they won't budge. Shrug.

But see I don't think 30 bucks is bad. Sloto for instance they have no max cash out for their cash back and comp points, so that alone I think is a huge benefit. When I've had a few moments of say two 3000 dollar checks, they'd snag 30 from each... I can handle that. Like a flat 30 dollar fee per check isn't bad.

Yea it's a deterrent to play there for sure. I've always felt that way tho with them... Their comp points are sorta lame, the fact it's 2500 max cash out and like you said tricky rules.

Like get this... So they give you manager bonuses that are automatically in your account once a month or something. My dad had no idea just saw the bonus and checked the wagering playthru, it said no playthru.. All of their bonuses will mainly say no playthru. So he thought it was a free and clear cash back.

So he goes and racks up like 6000 bucks... And they said it was only x10 and that he also broke the wagering rules.. Got nothing of that money.. I tried to explain to them for him that by it not showing any type of playthru it looks like he could've taken the 80 or 100 bucks as is... Which means he could've turned it into something bigger which he did. Got "zero".

I just think it's wild they want 300 bucks for my 5800 cash out.

I have asked them and no matter what 2500 is max transaction you can do... But they won't let me take btc since I built this on a CC deposit... They're such sticklers

They probably wouldn't be such sticklers if they were eating the 5% fee themselves instead of passing it onto the player. I guess it ultimately comes down to as long as people keep playing and putting up with things like that, they don't feel much pressure to change.

Sorry you went thru this, I have only had one bad experience and it was at Kuddos , I requested a check and put in bank, it came back later as a bounced check, put my bank account negative over a grand till they wired it back 10 days later! I have to give props to Tom and Rachel and Anna and Antonio for getting it taken care of, for some reason not Kuddos fault it was sent back. These things happen sometimes and if a casino takes care of it then they are a keeper. IMO Inetbet and Kuddos are the best but will agree a charge for sending should be a set standard charge but in the US, we are thankful to have some honest casinos!

So here's a question... Am I being to nitpicky here? So I made this on the 14th and here we are 1st of the month and I go to withdraw and it's still hitting me with 300 dollars in fees. I'm that screen shot does this rule sound as if each 1st of the month it all resets? I had said to their rep Emily ok I'll wait til the 1st of the month to withdraw with no fees and she's like sounds good. I wasn't corrected.

So the rep just told me my last withdraw was the 11th so to get no fees I gotta wait til the 11th. But I just find that way to vague, I had assumed the first cash out of the month was a reset every month.

Would everyone else just take their money regardless of the fees?

What I meant to say was it doesn't say 30 days AFTER your Last withdrawal to be eligible for no fees.. First payout of the month sounds very different to me or is it just me?

Hi @Savatage79 first of all congratulations on your win!

I am pleased to see that the withdrawal process is running smoothly for you. As I am sure you can imagine, making these payments is extremely expensive, so while we cover all the costs of the first payment each month we do ask players to make a contribution for further payments.

If you would like to discuss specifics just drop me a private message and we can go through the details.

Once again congratulations!

Hi @Savatage79 sorry that you are unhappy. Could you send me your username in private message so I could look at that and see what is going on? Thanks

Hi there, my user name is Savatage79 on inetbet as well. And I mean I appreciate the reply, but I guess I'm just learning about the large fees with higher payouts. Inetbet isn't my main casino but I put in a good bit of money I'd say and to get blown up for almost 300 dollars in fees is wild to me when other casinos are litrelly 30 bucks. Slotocash I mean 3000 dollar checks I get they deduct 30 dollars, and it's just a bit of a stunner to see 247 bucks as a fee.

But what frustrates me more is I'm simply tryin to gain this information since September 13th or 14th and nobody just says ocotober 11th is when you can withdrawal with zero fees. The description on site is just vague as it says first withdrawal of the month but it's like who's month, my month, rolling 30 days after deposit etc.. It's just a bit vague I feel and can mislead as I really assumed a new month was the parameter.. I been waitin since Sept 13th or so to cash this and it's unreal I gotta wait til 11th if I want no fees. Just is frustrating.

I understand your frustration, however we cover costs of first withdrawal each month and just after that we ask players to make a contribution for further payments.
I am sorry that you feel that you can't gain information. I checked our system and it seems that our customer service is replying to you within a day or even less.

No no I meant early on I was in the dark about when I could simply withdrawal without a fee and the date October 11th wasn't presented to me.

I find the staff very nice yes... But I guess I'm a bit dumbfounded by how 247 bucks from a 5000 withdraw is sorta acceptable is all.. It's your rules that's fine but I mean that's quite a deterrent to want to play there going forward. I'm just saying I think that goes a bit past a "small contribution".

It is what it is tho and I just probably will gravitate elsewhere more In the future, because you have to admit compared to other casinos that's gotta be easily one of the highest fees out there... Or at least in my experience. I don't think any of them are even remotely close to that type of percentage.. But I appreciate your reply

It is just a small portion of hat we pay for processing withdrawal and as I mentioned before first withdrawal is on us. Once again congratulations on your win.
Of course it is your choice where to play, you are getting couple payouts from us and just because of that the fee is adding up.
I'm pleased to hear that you find our staff friendly, we try our best to keep our players happy.
If there is anything else I can help you do not hesitate to drop me a message.

Yea I mean I have always liked the staff that's never an issue, and most of my cashouts were 1500ish or so and I guess they were always falling within that free range or it was 50 bucks, so it was a shocker to see such high fees.

But in any case thanks for the replies I appreciate it đź‘Ť

I wonder if there is a way to contact someone in your affiliate team. We have been scammed by your casino managers big time and we are spending a day looking for a proper contact, besides obvioulsy Dominika. Does your casino have a marketing team at all?
