I seldom if ever post because usually I can just come here and find the answers to all my problems or issues. Th questions and answers here are always on target. But my experience with Clubworld this week has left me angry. Clubword is one of only 3 casinos that I still deposited and played at. So this is a casino that received almost all my play money. This makes the second time that Clubworld approved a payout and blatantly lied to me about when the payment was actually issued. The first time they blamed it on the deliverer. This time they just sent me an email confirming the new and actual date of issuance. So now when I was suppose to already have received delivery they sent me an email stating it was just sent out.

There was no apology or explanation, just an email saying they were pleased to announce it was sent. Well, I am not at all pleased. This is the culmination of three things this week. Back when I initially requested payment almost two weeks ago I was told they could not do ACH because of processing issues but a check would be fine. I agreed to that only to have a check approved that removed excess bonus amount from my winnings. I am aware that there is a max withdrawal on no deposits but the excess winnings were played and lost. I had also played and won on a deposit bonus with no max withdrawal. I had clearly left these funds separate by initially requesting two separate withdrawals and playing out any excess winnings from the no deposit and losing. Yet they still removed this money from my final payout. Second, I also had a deposit say declined when in fact it was taken out of my account. I was told they had processing issues but the matter has not been resolved.

The final straw was having them approve a withdrawal and pretending it had been issued. Only when I kept demanding a number to track did I finally get someone to admit it had not been actually issued and they needed to contact the cashier. In the meantime I attempted to contact the cashier and received no reply after numerous attempts and even sent a PM through here. Finally, I received an email this morning saying it was actually issued and with a number. It will be delivered after the holidays as I suspected. I was blatantly lied to and this is it for me. If I have to go through this with a so called reputable casino then it just tells me it is time to get out of the game. I have learned my lesson.

Did you request the "fedex" routing number? It is available two days after check withdrawal is approved. I suggest you call them and ask for the number.

That way you can see what day it will be delivered and if they don't have the routing number then it wasn't sent two days ago.

I have been asking for the routing number they kept saying they did not have it but that the check will arrive yesterday or today. This morning i got the email with tracking information and that shows it was only sent last night. So they never sent the check when they said it was sent and i was never going to receive it yesterday or today and they knew that. So why tell me something that was not so if they would have said it was not sent out yet and that i would get it this friday from approval last week on wednesday i would have know not to wait because it would be arriving this friday.

Hi Queensx3-

I am curious - did you call support? E-mail support? Contact the rep here via private message? I find calling to be the easiest and most efficient way. Did you ensure they received your documents for verification? That seems to be an awful long time on waiting!

Pure Speculation here...........

The same thing happend to me. They said check was to be getting to me yesterday or today and i just found out they only sent it out yesterday i was really expecting it yesterday or today as they said. i am so disapointed in them.

I suspect that their processing for US payment is either A) limited or B) being condensed and issued all at once, kind of like how some casinos only payout once a week. I know Freespin was like that and that's why I no longer played there.

The reason I say this is I am awaiting another cashout that I w/d on the 11th. Was told I had to wait a week since I had just been issued a check from the ACH debacle the end of October. So I assumed that it would be processed Friday and it was not. I called and was told if not processed Monday then Tuesday at the latest. It was processed as of yesterday. I did not receive an email to confirm this, rather I checked my CW account. Now CW has been efficient in the past once those w/ds have been processed. Not sure what to expect this time but I am sure the check will eventually get here.

Good Luck to all in limbo and hope payments are speedy!

Clubworld Delay Tactics

I have a withdrawal I requested from Lucky Red Casino on Friday, 11/11, @ approx 7:00 am cst. They already have all the proper ID they need (2nd withdrawal in less than 90 days and they verified that they had everything which I am guessing will come next, they will need something!!!!). On Monday,11/14 I was told that they were changing their ACH process and it would be early next week ( 11/21) before I would receive the ACH or I could do the check process. I said I would wait on the ACH. Well guess, what, no you do not have to guess you already know, today is 11/21 and I received the same BS about the ACH process and that it would now be early next week. This is the 2nd time I have had to go through the run around for a withdrawal of less than $ 500.00 both times.

I have had to ask myself several times in the last few days " Do I Not See A Pattern Here". Does anyone know if this casino group is in a good financial position??

Good luck everyone with your withdrawals.

Happy Thanksgiving to all and especially to the Great Meister

I don't think the casino (clubworld )is dishonest..I do believe All the casino's doing bizz in usa will start (if not already) to have problems processing withdrawals,,Due to the fact that the feds are looking into ALL the methods of payment as they started doing awhile ago. This would be nothing ,I think<the casino would say, since they are a bussiness,,,The USA feds are on the prowl to seize funds ,as they have in the past, from proccessors and casinos......As stated in other topics We in USA are takeing the chance,,SO we have to know the chance we are takeing......Words taken from the meister,,,Good luck to those that continue to take the chance..Its a gamble..(no pun intended) Till the USA regulates it.(which would be to our benefit).

payment problems

Well maybe club world is going the way most RTG casinos end up, rogue. I have had no end of problems with them as of late. i have $5000 worth of withdrawals pending at 2 of their casinos. i have been asking over and over for them to process and they will never email me back. i have provided them with my email and my phone number and no answer. Finally today they said they would process only half as that is all they are allowed to do at once, what happens to the other half. I have even PM the rep here and no answer. I understand problems with processors in the US but their check version seems to work fine, why cant they just send 2 checks. Also whats with all the secrecy and ignoring. If you just respond then I dont think you have anything to hide. I like a lot of you am about ready just to quit the online gambling. Its just way too frustrating and then its always if you do win are you actually going to receive the money. Club world is held highly on this site, but maybe its time casinomeister takes another look at them.

May I ask how long ago you pm'ed CW rep?

There was a thread back a few weeks ago in reference to reps not responding to private messages sent. I believe Tom had stated his box was full and then finally addressed w/d issues, ONLY after the poster(s) "outed" the lack of response.

about 3 days ago this time, but many times in the past Tom has only responded after the issue has been resolved something like thank you for your concern but i see the cashier has taken care of the problem. This is usually a week or two later.

Mainly the reason for all the secrecy and ignoring is because they don't know whom they can trust anymore. With all of the processor and eWallet busts do you blame them for not wanting to talk very openly about there processor issues. How long it's going to take and how there going to accomplish your withdrawal and what not.
The feds are cracking down hard core and by them giving anymore information than they are working on it. Sometimes is even too much for the feds to be already sniffing around finding out who has next circumvented the system. To pay USA players.
So really anymore but even having people in an open forum talk about issue, name descriptors, and give hints as to whom is processing payments. Is just plain idiocy. With club world being the upstanding outfit they are. I'm pretty sure somewhere in the long run they'll pay you. It may take a while, and patience is key. I know you understand that, but don't go throwing out the theory of them being rouge. Unless if they flat out say were not going to pay you for "insert silly reason here".

I hear you cheetahwind, loud and clear! That being said, the establishment in question should make a concerted effort to keep their customers apprised of the situation.

My POV- lack of response is unacceptable.

I should start this by saying that I currently have multiple open withdrawals with 4 different club world ran casinos. All are pretty much over due compared to their standard pay out times and in my history with them those are normally met.

The issue they are having is the same as what was happening with the jackpot capital group in that the ACH withdrawals they sent out never got credited to bank accounts and eventually are getting sent back. (Hence the reason they've now suspended ACH withdrawals for the time being.) The problem I would guess they are running into is that on their end the money has already been sent out and they wouldn't really be able to see anything else without contacting the payment provider. I had one ACH that took almost a month before having the credits put back into my casino account. After around 2 weeks I started receiving emails from one of their customer service reps apologizing for the delay. This was without any contact from my end. By the time I had the money in my account I'd received 5 emails from that same rep updating the status of my withdrawal, again without any correspondence from my side.

That being said, I've been receiving check withdrawals from their almost weekly during this time with no delays at all. So there don't seem to be issues with their end of the payout process. The only problem now is they have a $2500 weekly max and that seems to count for all their casinos. So I can only get 1 check per week even though I have withdrawals with different casinos in their group. It's going to take a couple more months to get all my money...

But for those trying to throw them in the rogue group, I'd have to disagree. I do believe they should be answering emails much more frequently, but I'm not sure they have all the answers needed at the times they are being asked. Be patient :) It doesn't seem like they are trying to dodge paying people in any way.
