Clubworld

Wherever you are located it seems that CWC maintains an edge over its main competitor the JC group as far as timely payments are concerned. Sometimes I receive the funds from the latter nearly a week after w/d request whereas CWC sends it to me slightly after 24 hours.

On another note; club world payout poor for me since September . Finally received Sept withdrawal ACH in October and slots not paying for me since then.

Don't feel bad, I can't even count how many deposits I've made at CWG over the years. I have only had one minor cashout there.

Buzzluck ACH withdrawal approved on 12/29; not yet received. Was initially told Monday or Tuesday; then Thursday or Friday; now middle of next week. I'm not particularly impatient for it, and I realize the holidays can interfere with these things. Will post back when I receive.

Buzzluck small win off there NEW YEARS freebie asked for it mon 1/2 received today - mypaylinq tho:thumbsup:

I request w/d from Club World on 1/1 - still sitting in "pending w/d"

I request w/d from Manhattan on 1/2 - ditto

Chat just says "backed up because of volume and bank holidays"........

Its seems to me reading over everyone comments that its mainly the USA that are having withdraw problems? I feel your pain. I got annoyed it took just over a week for me to get my cashout and some of you are STILL waiting? But hey, it was the holidays and it looks like pratically everyone won something off their free chips that they offered out over the Xmas and New Years period so must of been alot of processing and whatnot to get things done.

Perhaps when things have settled down abit more now that the silly season is nearly over, things will get back on track.

My 2 cents worth;)

PS: I do agree though, their communications could be amite better. They should respond to emails and they should let people what is happening. I did have to do alot of chasing down. Just a thought :)

only one thing missing from this thread...participation from the club world rep.

surely they have logged in here between november and now?

but then again, it would probably be the same old canned response..."sorry, processor issue, beyond our control"

(funny the processor rarely has issues in accepting deposits)

"well, the holidays caused a huge backlog"

(what about the other 363 days of the year?)

I am in the same predicament. I really feel CW is dropping the proverbial "ball" as of late. I refrained from posting last night on oldtrvagt's thread in reference to the inconsistencies of payout for CW, especially US related.

I understand these are difficult times for a US player, however if 3 Dice and others can succeed, why can't everyone else? Are their processors inferior or are we being taken advantage of? I really, really wish Tom would jump in and offer some semblence of a comment, opinion, or explanation. Numerous threads where this topic is touched upon, yet never ever an answer nor comment given. Go figure?

After my payout (from Jan 1st that has yet to be processed but once it is) hits my bank, I will prove my POV by not commencing play at CW. I am done! I believe my play is of high roller status. JC and Slotastic have not failed me yet and there I shall remain loyal. Just a damn shame CW has been good to me luck-wise and i genuinely enjoyed playing there. Their CS has gone too far down hill.

So agree max1mike! Deposits never take any length of time. Funny how that works, huh?;)

This was brought up sometime last year as well, I can't remember when but I do remember a memeber stating that maybe CWC's should hire a second cashier, or train someone already employed by them to help out when the "back log" is so high. Now that was an excellent suggestion but never done by CWC's.

And you are absolutely correct Max1Mike, the only thing missing from all these threads is the rep. We can't force them to participate, but I would be nice to see something from them, knowing these problems are coming from their loyal players. Working in the retail industry for 21 years, my loyal customers were always responded to ASAP when they had a problem. Loyal customers are what kept some or my stores running when things were slow. I just don't get it, why are they(CWC) not trying to smooth things over here? Maybe something else is going on we don't know about.

I did notice that CWC is sponsoring the gathering CM is having in England this year, maybe someone who is going can approach them and see why they are being so silent.. Just a thought.

I hope things get resolved quickly for everyone, my withdrawals have been processed on Friday using my pay card. Will let everyone know when I recieve them.

Yay, payment received today. Thanks, BuzzLuck/Club World. :)

Good to know...........

My followup with them after being "on hold" forever, said the expected............back up due to holiday, busy, etc.

Waiting on 12/29 approved ACH to hit bank from High Noon, so since your's arrived today, hope mine will also.

Nothing has been done yet with my w/d requests from 1/1 and 1/2 at Club World and Manhattan. Both still show in w/d as simply requested. Grrr....today is 5th business day since request and still stuck there.

Me too Diane. My W/D was on Jan 1st. Still pending.

Thank you so much MaxMike for the link. I contacted Martyn and my matter was taken care of within hours. Club World is the best and this forum is too.

thanks so much

Just a heads up for ACH and US---request a check! Much quicker!

W/D was processed this morning!

FWIW-Posting this for US players and ACH withdraws:

*my current experience*

According to CWC, my withdraw was processed via ACH on 1/10, no red flags or issues, yet I did not receive the money. CWC states to wait for so many days yet any ACH w/d I have done from anywhere I play, (including CWC) usually makes it to my account within a couple of days from processing. My bank does have weekend hours, so usually those days are counted as business days here.

My fault for not taking the reliable check route!

Spoke w/ support this morning and was asked to wait one more day. I shall keep my fingers crossed! They did request via email that I verify all banking info which has not changed since I initiated play there. I complied and have also contacted Tom to get some answers.

Hope I come back to this thread tomorrow and have the money in my account!

Hi Samoas the exact same thing is going on with me my ach was processed with club world on the 10th I havent received anything yet either but on club worlds end it looks fine and everything was processed so hopefully tomorrow we will both have our money. I will post as soon as mine comes in but the next time I will be sure to use PayMyCard.

thanks
Nannah

An ACH should take no longer than 48 hours to hit anyones bank account after processing. I know, I have done many of them for my work.

Banks do hold all requests for 24 hours from the time of request and if one is done after 4:30PM USA time, it gets held another day (banks hate it when the have to work those last few minutes so they just ignore it till the next day, I know, because I was told this straight up from a bank employer). Hence the 48 hour rule.

For any casino to take up to 10 days for an ACH is absurd. Total delaying IMO. For Clubworld group to be so slow in this process,it is totally shameful IMO once again.....Maybe they have opened too many non profitable casinos and now they have become overwhelmed with clutter and garbage slowing down the withdrawal process??

I, too, have requested an ACH on 01/13 and as of today, it showed approved and cleared on their side, not a sniff of it on my side...not very professional at all....

It is the processor that delays the transaction, not Club World, and I imagine it is because it has to take the "long route" to safely arrive in a US bank account.

If it takes a bank 2 days to process it, and the transaction goes through 2 or 3 banks before it gets to yours (which is totally possible), plus it takes a day or two for the processor to send it, so there's your 10-14 days.....especially if there is weekends in between.

Bryan has said that US players need to be extra patient these days, so IMO you're being unreasonable in bagging Club World.

What is the possibility that processors park the money in a sweep account and hang on to it for as long as they can to gleen a bit of interest?
