I seldom if ever post because usually I can just come here and find the answers to all my problems or issues. Th questions and answers here are always on target. But my experience with Clubworld this week has left me angry. Clubword is one of only 3 casinos that I still deposited and played at. So this is a casino that received almost all my play money. This makes the second time that Clubworld approved a payout and blatantly lied to me about when the payment was actually issued. The first time they blamed it on the deliverer. This time they just sent me an email confirming the new and actual date of issuance. So now when I was suppose to already have received delivery they sent me an email stating it was just sent out.
There was no apology or explanation, just an email saying they were pleased to announce it was sent. Well, I am not at all pleased. This is the culmination of three things this week. Back when I initially requested payment almost two weeks ago I was told they could not do ACH because of processing issues but a check would be fine. I agreed to that only to have a check approved that removed excess bonus amount from my winnings. I am aware that there is a max withdrawal on no deposits but the excess winnings were played and lost. I had also played and won on a deposit bonus with no max withdrawal. I had clearly left these funds separate by initially requesting two separate withdrawals and playing out any excess winnings from the no deposit and losing. Yet they still removed this money from my final payout. Second, I also had a deposit say declined when in fact it was taken out of my account. I was told they had processing issues but the matter has not been resolved.
The final straw was having them approve a withdrawal and pretending it had been issued. Only when I kept demanding a number to track did I finally get someone to admit it had not been actually issued and they needed to contact the cashier. In the meantime I attempted to contact the cashier and received no reply after numerous attempts and even sent a PM through here. Finally, I received an email this morning saying it was actually issued and with a number. It will be delivered after the holidays as I suspected. I was blatantly lied to and this is it for me. If I have to go through this with a so called reputable casino then it just tells me it is time to get out of the game. I have learned my lesson.
