The UK has a long banking weekend off due to Easter

No cashiers in the casino until Tuesday. In case anyone is waiting on a cash-out. Mine has already been in pending for over 48 hours. It looks like it won't get approved until Tuesday now.

Bummer!

Thanks Weesie-was planning to cash out tonight and figured it would sit for the weekend. IMO if you have been pending since Tuesday without approval that is not very acceptable. That means there will be a huge backlog.

Yep! It is waiting, but, I have had withdrawals from their casinos 3 times in the last month or so and all of them have sat in pending status for a minimum of 72 hours each. I then go to live chat and ask about it....seems to get it moving.

That's just the way it is there now.

Unfortunately .............. this one will take even longer!

I really hate saying this.....but what the hell is going on at CWC these days?

I just waited 5 days for a skrill cashout which is disgraceful, and the one before that took only slightly less time.

Now, why aren't the cashiers working on Monday? The casino operates 24/7 and does NOT require banks to be open to at least PROCESS payouts ready for sending Tuesday morning. Skrill and neteller don't require open banks. If they processed cashouts on the weekend you might understand them taking Monday off, but 3 whole days of no processing means a 3 day bankup and delays for at least a week.

I would have thought, with all their recent issues with payment delays, they would want to show players they're serious about paying winnings as fast as possible....a long weekend pretty much says "stiff bikkies".

It seems the bigger CWC gets the worse their service becomes. It's so disappointing for a group that used to.pride themselves on that very service.

IMO where there is no manual input from accounting staff public holidays is no excuse for delaying payments. Deposits are received electronically ie from e-wallets so as long as there is a cap eg $1k they should be processed even during weekends or phs. I sent ASS a mail to ask for the free chip I am entitled to after claiming 5 v'same coupons' but was told they couldnt do so as there is a pending w/d. It seems like the w/d will be in pending status for a good few days more but then I noticed you can still make a deposit in the interim not that I will do that till I get my free chip.

I've not been a long term and loyal depositor at CWG. I can't say I've been let down my them really. But one of the reasons I'm not more frequent is the weekend is my preferred playtime, and it was good to have a reminder that Friday is also a holiday that withdrawals won't be processed on.

I don't think it's unreasonable that a casino is not paying staff overtime to work a stat holiday, but Saturday is not one.

I don't have my usual weekly garbage pickup in the morning, but they will be working Saturday instead.

Kudos to OP for the FYI.

Per another thread I was under the assumption that CW's payment time is not as good as it use to be. So, I haven't been depositing there in the last couple of weeks.

Wish others would keep us informed on the payout times they are experiencing.

The problem is not so much the long break, it is the backlog that has been building up for some while in the system. Even when working flat out they can't cope, so the extra days off will not be caught up the following week. It has spread beyond the US, and the fast payments are clearly a thing of the past.

Normally, players could withdraw Tues and maybe even Wed before Easter, and know they would get paid before the long weekend. Now withdrawals early this week are STILL too close to Easter, and will not be seen till after.

The problem now seems to be causing a backlog in promo prizes too, which means players can't even keep playing during the long weekend as the backlog has to clear enough for their own withdrawals to be sent out before they can play off any prizes. This means there is no point playing for more prizes, so they might as well play elsewhere over Easter.

Many casinos will have a long weekend over Easter, but not many also have a backlog in the system that has caused withdrawals that should have made it before the break to be stuck until after.

If not overtime, employ more staff during normal hours so that the backlog can be cleared, and stay cleared.

It seems CWC have expanded their player base, but not their staffing levels in the cashier department, and the system has now become overwhelmed.

Bryan needs to address the payment delays with this group. It has become simply unacceptable.

Nifty is from Australia - 5 Days for a Skrill cashout is indicative of serious slow pay. Issues with Payment delays are splashed all over the forum - Club World is right in the middle and taking centre stage.

I am receiving cash outs to my Credit Card in 1.5 days from the time requested. The delay in that short period is with my bank ...

Well, my withdrawal is no longer in "pending" status at least. So, with today and Monday being holidays......... I am guessing it will get processed on Tuesday! Then, I might get it on Thursday or Friday.

Still, a withdrawal made on a Tuesday, not getting processed until the next Tuesday is slow.

Have you contact Tom thru here? If so and he has not answered within a reasonable amount of time, 38 days is a pretty reasonable amount of time, then contact MaxD here and PitchABitch and he will get it sorted out.

Sorry for the delay in answering, just got home from work. i explained my situation to Brian baily and the response was: "CWC has had some issues with their payments, but they seem to be on
top of it." I have spoken to Natasha, Gosia, Helen, kate, Cobie, John, and Karolina all from chat and have a copy of all chat sessions. Oh and Julie, the customer support manager. After our chat this morning, here is our conversation:

They did have a batch of withdrawals that there was problems with. I don't know what to tell you about this.

The bad batch was from March 19th and according to support, that batch has been settled. yes, I contacted Tom on day 23 and this is the response:

"I have checked into this for you and although the initial ACH we sent you had failed, we re-processed this for you as a wire transfer. All the other wire transfers in the file completed on Friday last week or first thing yesterday morning.

Please can you double check that the funds have not arrived - the amount may be different to what you were expecting due to fees charged by your bank. In the mean time i have contacted the processor to see if i can find anything out from this side."

I have checked and double checked with my bank. i have heard nothing from Tom since.

It seems that the larger and more successful some of these casino groups get, the less they care about the present:

Happily they rest on their reputation and past success they'll simply keep sliding on down in their actual level of service. That's a real shame, as I feel that the only way to succeed in ANY business is to IMPROVE a little every day.

Its organic. Its easy to do- there's always a place to see a little improvement. And it will eventually begin to pay off.

And in this business? It'll pay off in SPADES! :D

If the wire was sent out the end of last week, it's possible it won't get to your bank until the end of this week. Holiday just screw everything up.

I had 2 direct deposits made on Thursday, one morning and one evening. Got the morning one in bank this morning and so far haven't seen the evening one. These were not coming from a casino, these are my weeking deposits. So things are off because of Easter.

Way back when Quicktender was sending wires, they would say sent and it would be 48 hrs. before I would see it in my bank.

I'm trying to be positive for you. I really hope you get your money soon.

Well, just to say I have had trouble with every withdrawal lately even after Tom said problem settled it took 3 days to approve my withdrawal, the previous time they kept making me change my method, however....I requested on Wednesday, had it processed on thursday through cheque option. I then asked for a tracking number and was informed it could be another 7 to 10 days because the bank holiday on friday and Monday.they couldn't even give me a tracking number but a surprise when I got home today my check was here. Unfortunately it is drawn on a Canadian bank which might be a problem with my bank. The last check I got was on a US Bank and was no problem.
Why did they change that? So not much hope for getting my funds soon because I don't even know if my bank will accept the check. I would have done paymycard if I had known, but was changing up because I just did a cashout last week on paymycard. Unfortunately, damned if I do or damned if I don't.

Have you had contact directly with the cashier through email? Maybe just me but I don't ask live chat w/d stuff because they don't seem to have the most up to date info. If you PM me I can give you who I deal with.
