The last check I got from them was also C*****an but when I looked them up online I found that they had a branch in the US. My bank never questioned it and the funds were available the next day FWIW.

Same here, harrys99. I received my payout yesterday check by courier. The w/d from request to reception took 7 days, fast imo. And fwiw CWC has always been really fast getting checks to me. I don't take it for granted.
 
Day 41 - no payout

Just so you all know, this is day 41!!! No payout! I have spoken to support from live chat on their website, i sent an email from the actual casino, I have sent emails from my personal email account, and I have called and spoken to them on the phone and still NOTHING! I even tried to contact Tom again and now he is not answering me! I seriously think that they don't intend to pay me!!!!!!
 
I haven't deposited at any Club World Casinos for a while now, and to be honest, some of these reports of slow pays are a big factor in that.

If this is how payments are going to be going forward, it would be nice to know that in advance. If, OTOH, this is just a bump in the road, and it is anticipated that things will return to normal, that would also be nice to know.

My $0.02.

GMC- don't know the details of your w/d but at 41 days there is something wrong in the hen house. I mean even something simple like having one digit of your bank account wrong could cause the thing to fail right?

Again I don't know your situation but I feel for ya. I will say that the only time Tom has not responded to messages is when he has either been on holiday or traveling for business. Isn't there another CW person here (Martyn) that could make inquiries?

cw won't be having me darken their door anytime soon. I have plenty of other places to get dicked around by.

They did not once asked to verify any of my details or re-send them to be sure when I called them. They have not offered any other method so for kicks, i requested the remainder of my money at that casino through check to see if that would happen. It's only been 3 days for that so we shall see.

Ok so you have recently re-requested your w/d via check-3 days ago. If that is now in the approved status then you should be getting a tracking number. I would call the cashier dept first thing in the morning as they are there early and ask for one.

It's funny how they can take your money so easily, But when you win, it's like pulling teeth.
They made me jump through hoops to get my pathetic withdrawl.

I finally got my money today through instadebit. After they refused to Wire transfer 5 times.


1) Was asked to send in fax back verification after I already had several months ago - withdraw went back into my casino account
2) was told that US customers can't use Wire- Even though I'm Canadian NOT from USA- withdraw went back into my casino account

3) Was told that I needed fax back forms again - withdraw went back into my casino account

4) Was told that they will charge me a big service fee do a wire transfer - withdraw went back into my casino account

5) Finally, was told that If I used INstadebit, I would get it.. What do you know I actually got paid!

Wow and it only took 2 weeks!!

Too bad that CW isn't getting anymore from me.

I left CW a loooooooooooong time ago, after a million excuses about documents not being clear or precise or valid then whatever reasons they trotted out regardless of how many times I sent them, re-scanned them, fixed contrast, size etc; way too much a headache for a $50 WD. I mean, truly, the scans were clear as day. I've used the same ones for EVERY casino I wd at and ONLY CW gave any excuse to NOT pay. So, I said screw em and took my business elsewhere (and the 'other' RTGs thought my docs were juuuuuuuuuuust fine)

I am a tad cranky right now, due to injuries from a car accident. So, I will vent. Business day/hours are the days/hours the establishment is open for business. SO- a withdrawal should be processes immediatelu, not 2, 3, or 10 days down the road. If they don't want to supply customer service 24/7 the they SHOULD NOT accept deposits 24/7. If I go to Las Vegas, win on a Saturday, I do not have to come back on Monday for my winnings.

Unfortunately for me, I am limitd to RTG basically, as I live in the US (you know the land of the free - except we aren't free to make our own decisions regarding our entertainment/recreation - must do the PC thing!) How I miss microgaming - as long as your documentation was in order - money was in quicktender within 72 hours. Thanks all!!
