I received an email yesterday saying the cashier has been updated and now no need to pick what cc you would like money transferred to if you withdraw. They will be using the one that processes the withdrawal the fastest. Well Love the concept. However I have used many cc there and some I don't even have any longer and some are regular cc that I can pull cash from but its at a higher fee. Also lets say I win 3000 and my credit card limit is 1500 - then what happens? I am a little confused on how new system works. Also how can I get cards I know longer use off my cashier page this way if I do win I don't have to worry they would be sent somewhere I don't want them sent too?

Hi cpdnd31,

In regards to remove any old / unused cards from the cashier please send me or cashier a message and we can manually take those card off your account so it will not appear on the drop down list.

If you want to withdraw to a credit card please make sure that the credited pay out will not increase your balance over the limit. You can use multiple cards to spread the withdrawal for your convenience.

Taking your example - if you want to cash out $3000 and limit on the card is $1500 best way is to split it to 2 payments for 2 different cards. If you would like to receive all in one card you need to remember about the limit also let us know so we could hold one instalment and send it to you whenever your limit will allow you.

I hope I answered your question, if any other concerns please let me know. This is something new we are trying so there may be slight confusion at the beginning but hopefully overall the cash out times will improve.

How do I know how much to withdraw if I don't know what card is being used? Does that make sense?

You still have to select a card. All Clubworld was saying is you don't have to select "card Force" or "Paycard" or whatever the other options were for withdrawal for card. They had more than one option so all they are saying is there will be one option for withdrawing to card and they will pick the quickest processor for putting it on card.

Hi !

Bmwstack is right. You choose the card you want the funds to be send to and we will choose the processing which is best for the pay out.

We are going to have more than 2 options for this method now so to avoid the confusion and have too many listed in cashier this will be simple one method withdrawal.

Thats pretty good of clubworld, Alot of casino would say we need to send back to this card and if not possible than we send a cheque,

If I was you I would see what cards are in use, Than tell the rep what are in use (name of card and few end digits) than others can get deleted, The last thing you want to do is get it sent to the wrong card than balance bouncing back and fourth

I agree, if the dopdown list consist of 15+ cards it can be confusing and easy to make mistake. Especially when someone is using single use pre-paid cards. In order for us to take any cards of the list I will need brand of the card and last four digits.

Well now I have another question. I play at all your casino brands-- I used 2 cards that are linked to my bank. At Lucky red. I am verified and you guys have paperwork and so on. Now I would love to have these cards listed at the other casinos. Can that be done? I would make deposits with them but every time I do I get security block and I get nervous I can't have these accts shut down. So is it possible for you to list cards at all casinos as well? Also I wish since your updating cashier you had a way we could transfer funds from one casino to the other. Cuts down on transactions and i believe many would enjoy this feature.

As long as you used card at least once in one casino I can manually add it to others for you. Please PM me the details.
I'm afraid that funds transfer across casinos is not an option for RTG right now. However I can check if there is any plan on doing something like that in the future.

My impression was that they were just combining the 2 services of paymycard and cardpay. I thought you still had the ability to choose which of your approved cards that you want to withdraw to.

I don't know care whether card force or pay my card, however processing has not improved. I requested a withdrawal at 3 a.m. on Thursday and am being told it will not even be processed until Tuesday. That is not faster it is slower. JMHO

Its a holiday week for them as well - so everything will be delayed. They are very fast last time I withdrew it was in acct within 2 days.

I'm sorry that you have to wait for your cash out approval however most of European countries have bank holidays on 3rd and 6th April. A lot of the processing companies are also subject to above bank holidays.

We are going to clear all cash outs on Tuesday 7th April.

Ummmm ok lol Karolina you know i love you (in the professional sense of workethics don't anyone take that differently) but i messaged the cashier months ago about removing an old card when the bank updated it with my new card and the old card is still on there and i have to always use the drop down menu.
