I haven't ever had a payout problem with this group BUT the number of comments made on the forum from both US and non US members suggests that the payout time listed in the review is not regularly adhered to- perhaps this should be clarified or stated as a minimum time with an up to range that reflects what seems to the experience of many.

I would agree that right now there should be perhaps an * in regards to payout times. Recent posts regarding bounced checks, delayed processing times, and lack of timely responses has dropped them a bit in my regard.

Even having said that.............they remain one of the few that I trust will always get paid. But recent service has not been up to their standards or what I believe are important to CM members.

I wonder if maybe, just maybe, this review should have waited until after they get their processing issues resolved. While they are high marks for customer service that I agree with, there is a huge discrepancy in what is posted on their site for payout times and when it actually occurs, for all players US and beyond. It also states on their withdraw site that if you change a withdraw amount that this does not change the time of your approval but that is not correct per a conversation that I had with Customer Service that was posted on the site.

Meister keeps telling me to post because I hardly ever do. I don't know enough about anything to do so, but I do have an opinion on this subject.
I'm on a very fixed income now (age&illness). I have very very little $ to play with, so when I do deposit, I look around and read read read. This is the #1 forum, but there are other forums out there and I read a lot.
I have hesitated now for a couple of months...dying to deposit and play, but a bit afraid that in the off chance I actually make anything I will really get paid. On many forums or blogs or whatever all these things are called, there are complaints about my much loved Club World...noooo I'm US and this has been my choice for a few years now. But, I'm still holding off. I wish for CW and for those of us that love playing there, that this all gets figured out soon. That's it. Thanks for listening. Have a great weekend.

I too love to play at CW. It is really the only casino that I feel safe playing. I'm from U>S> and I use pay my card. I have been paid everytime within 3 days of approval. Hope this helps...

payouts now are up to 48hours?

i dont cashout there this year yet but, last year i made some cashouts and i got paid in less than 24hours and in weekend too

they dont pay to the weekends and increased the reverse time to 48 hours?

Ok requested a payout as usual at Alladins Gold 11/30/12. So even with the weekend today is Dec. 6th and not even approved yet. What is this all about..I'm cooked. Reversed and did a OK Pay..crossing my fingers.

I have posted this a few times on other threads and will repeat it here for those who cannot see where i posted them. I spoke directly with Karolina, one of the reps on this forum and she confirmed that they were having processing issues. However, 48 hours turn around time is darn good considering that some sites take up to 10 days to even approve them and then a month to get paid. Karolina fixed my withdraw isues and waived both fees because they would have been free if that available item would have worked. So they are tyring to do right by their players and I do not usually advocate for casino's but for me anyway they have made good on everything and even processed my payouts faster than before.

If this is still an issue, going to beat the others to replying and saying this. I would highly advising PM's the reps on this site for CWC. They were very courteous, timely and responded to all of my problems with my payouts quickly and appropriately. Tom and Karolina are two that come to mind that really do care about their client base and customer service.

The 48 hours reverse time is maybe only for the US.
I cashed out to Neteller a few days ago and I was paid in just a few hours.
