You guys should really stop wasting your time with live chat.

As I said previously, you are better off PMing Louise as she would have better access to what is happening.

It is possible that live chat are just fobbing everyone off with the same 'your wire was sent yesterday' line to anyone and everyone just to keep the wolves away from the door for another few weeks.

I do hope I am wrong though :)
 
the trust is just diminished - every day more frustrated checking my bank account-

cashed out wire transfer another casino got it within 2 days-
i was promised again by cherry red i will receive within 7 days it is now the 5th and counting

this casino just lost my trust completely
 
At Cherry Red the same Problems as Rushmore Casino..


I m checked my Bankaccount every Day, but no money on this from Cherry Red.. Unfortunately, nothing new.
 
You will know for sure come the 5th February.

If it really HAS been sent, then Rushmore's own issues will no longer have any bearing on the timescale, and by working day 8, it should at last be there.

If not, contact them again, and ask simply that they check the stats, and say what day it was sent. If it is "yesterday" once again, they are clearly lying, and it's just a stall tactic to buy time in 10 day chunks. If they give the SAME date again, then it means it was sent, but now ANOTHER "technical issue" has arisen, and it has got stuck elsewhere.

I find it odd that QUICKTENDER withdrawals are being delayed by UIGEA, as casino to QT transfers are all done "offshore", and it is the QT to players' bank transfer that runs the gauntlet of the DoJ's attempts to enforce UIGEA.
 
Close of business monday Australia time still no further payments.

3 are missing from my cashier and i have emails saying that it has been approved and sent.

2 more withdrawals are pending in the client.

1 payment presumably from november was received a week or so ago.

Looking forward to hearing any updates from any involved parties, particularly customer service / casino group.

i am feeling very doubtful of the 5th due to knowing how long wire transfer really take we are getting closer to the 5th (being the 10 days they said they sent it) .

this will be the worst experience i ever had with a casino if i do not get paid with number of lies after lies

well i have asked every other day to different reps when my last batch was sent out and will i get my money and all of them said january 21st. so by the 5th i dont get it . i will make it my mission to annoy them as much as i can.:)

we should have a count down to the 5th lol

My money was on 21 January sent. It says the support. My Countdown thus ends tomorrow. Tomorrow it is 10 business days .... today there was no money. I do not think so any more.

Tatoo - so happy for you. You have been through it too. Plz keep your fingers crossed I do get mine and the rest of us still waiting. I'm in the US and I'm past my 10 days.
 
I called Rushmore today and they said there was no activity on my account and they couldn't tell me anything other than there was another technical issue with the processor. I lost it and told them I wanted to talk to a cashier now. They said we aren't allowed to talk to a cashier, but told them I would call back when they were in and I wouldn't hang up until they answered. About 2 hours later, a manager called me and said they put the money in quick tender because the processor was having technical difficulties again. I was doubtful, but I looked and it was there finally!!! I have never withdrawn from them before, but hopefully it will end up in my bank account in 3-5 days. They gave me what they called a "huge" $25 bonus in my rushmore account with a $750 play through. Really? Needless to say, I went thru that in 60 seconds. I am just happy I finally am on my way to getting my money. :thumbsup:
 
ok way to go once in quicktender i can guarantee you will get it to your bank within 3 days usually . way to go hopefully more will get theirs

The 10 Business Day is over and there is again no money. It is supposed to only 7 - last 10 days ..


Cherry Red what's going on ?????????? This is fraud and I feel totally ripped.

I told them I would keep calling until I talked to a cashier. Finally, a manager, named Terri, called me back 2 hours later and said they put it in quick tender. I got the same story at least 6 times and I got tired of waiting 6-10 days and starting the whole mess all over again. It is in quick tender as of last night and I started the withdrawal from there. The manager told me that the CSR's don't know the real story and they just give answers they are told to give. They actually don't know for sure what the status of your money is. Call again and ask to speak to a manager or a cashier and stay firm. Wishing you luck

gumbi if they said 21st was like mine so the end of 5th is the 10th day so just wait till the end of 5th before really going crazy :)



Hi tat00 here in Germany is the 4th today.. and tomorrow is Saturday and the 5th at Saturday all Banks has closed. From Monday the 7th Bank has open... you únderstand ? ;)

She says to me it is only possible to Withdrawal by bank transfer, since I had deposit with a credit card.


Yes this is what i have been told.

I used credit card so only bank wire, of course i have neteller and moneybookers as well.

Do the right thing rushmore / cherry red and pay out your players.
 
I have received one further payment via bank wire today.

Still waiting on more but this is again a good sign that we will get paid what we are owed by this group.
