can you confirm TwinSpin is no longer on the not-playable with a bonus list? That was one of the main reasons i never registered an account at CH. Because of this new BBF i took a look if anything has changed on your site and i cant see TwinSpin in the list anymore?

To be a good successful casino you must remove all games from being restricted from bonuses! Aside from jackpots of course.

I cant play here because I excluded from guts years ago.

Thanks for the suggestion! We have definitely considered that, but ultimately decided against it.

We are vehemently against confiscating funds after the fact, so to avoid that we need to exclude games with certain game mechanics from our bonuses.

We don’t want our customers to unknowingly break any bonus terms, so this is the way it has to be. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions.

Confirmed - Twin Spin is not excluded from bonusplay anymore.

But restricting some of the games listed is just ridiculous

Good catch! We updated all the bonus programs and the bonus terms, but we did not catch this in the FAQ. We have removed Twin Spin from the list now.

We honestly didn’t prioritise updating the FAQ as we plan to remove it and replace it with a more customer friendly support page.

We just finished the design for the new page today and sent it over to our developers. Thanks for pointing out the mistake!

I had a look at the site previously and what put me off was the long list of excluded or restricted games in bonus play - with so many restrictions, I wouldn't deposit even without a bonus as that list just put me off and says a lot about the casino itself, in my opinion.

They seem very inept to me. I requested they remove my old payment details (debit card past expiry date) and I would register my new one. They asked me a million questions and wanted pictures of it (already supplied to the old owners for my first withdrawal) which I couldnt supply as Id binned it...it was expired so it was of no use to me or anyone else.

They then requested that I go to the bank, or write to the bank and ask them for written confirmation of ownership of the card, and the cars number. And refused to register a new payment method till that was done.

So I found it quite easy to say "stuff your casino!"

Am I the only one who found the situation strange? Or is that normal just to get your old card removed and update to your new one? Havent seemed to have had any bother elsewhere.

I have some great news - today we lowered the wagering to 40x Bonus. This is a part of our long term plan to improve ChanceHill, and I am sure our players (new and old ones) will be happy about this change.

We have some great plans for the future as well, including but not limited to gamification functions that have never been seen before at any other casino (as far as I know at least.

Will get back with more information about this when we are ready to push this live. We have also got a Apple App pending approval in the Appstore at the moment, to make ChanceHill even more user friendly on mobile.
