just to update my situation, i did receive the money i deposited back on my card but i got killed on the exchange... 1.31 going out 1.24 coming in... of course this is not their fault but just sucks either way... i did get an email from casumo today including one directly from Oscar.... BUT nothing good... i told them at least 3 or 4 times that Canada doesnt have an iban number yet they still asked for my banking info and now yet again say i cant withdraw because they need this number and offered neteller which last i checked, Canadians cant use... so things right now still arent resolved and dont seem to be g king in the right direction.

also, forgot to mention that i use a tablet, and when playing i couldnt finish the bonus rnd because i couldnt drag anything (devils delight and secret code)... not going to blame the casino but wanted to just offer the warning...

See yourself as a testperson that they need to learn how to pay someone from Canada
Just kidding, but I can imagine what they have to learn to be able to do the payouts as easy as possible for all different countries.

Thats strange that the casino cannot process the payment without an IBAN. As far as I aware all that's required is a SWIFT code and the recipients BSB and Account Number for countries that don't use an IBAN, at least that was the case for Betsafe. I'm from Australia btw.

we do have swift codes in Canada... i read the faq on my banks website and it gives you step by step instructions on what is needed... i just look at a place like bluesq where i cashed out ans the next day the money was on my cc (over 10k on a big win)... this has been a week of promises and nothing doing...

I guess you are talking about the Halloween 50% match bonus? That bonus have a 50 x bonus wager, while 1st deposit bonus is 25 x bonus + 25 x deposit. Bonuses from adventure: Cash bonuses are 20x and free spin wins are 30x.

I actually cashed out just a little amount before even making the playtrough.. my balance was bouncing around 100-150€, went see the playtrough and it was something like 1000€. Loosing deposit after deposit lately, so tought to give myself a little break by cashing even little .
So when my balance was 100€ I cashed out 75€ and lost 25€ in the cashout..the bonus system is quite interesting. If you got your balance quite high and seems like your balance is crashing down fast, you can cashout at anytime. But loose 50% or 25% of your balance.. ofcourse it would be frustraiting withdraw only 500€ if you got 1000€ on your account. +- situation

Yes, before wr is made. Sorry for being unclear . You are able to cashout before the WR, but you will loose half of your money in case of 100% bonus and quarter of money, in case of 50% bonus

I went to live chat and they told me to send some documents and promised to process my withdrawal next day. I sent everything they wanted but they just ignored my emails and locked my account. I contacted their representative here and he told me that they need to investigate something, no time frame, no nothing. Can you please tell me what to do?

If you already been in contact with their rep here, there is nothing you can do but wait.
If they feel they need to investigate your account before they pay, then you have to accept that. If nothing is wrong then you will get paid. No need to worry about that.

Do you mean making 100 bet to red in roulette for example to double the money? I think the exeptition for a bonus abuser is negative, as you can hit it only half of the time. And once you hit it, you are able only to take half of the money. I think, that bonus system is not open to bonus abuse.
But really have not think so much about bonus abuse statistic, so do not really have enough knowledge to make assumptions.

Most cases can probably be resolved in private. But a PAB is the way to go if you are still unhappy after talking to their rep.
