Hi all!

After meeting with the Casumo rep in Barcelona last week, we've decided to commence with Casumo's Baptism by fire

It's a brand new NetEnt casino - they have a really unique approach of making their casino a real social experience. I'm looking forward to your input here.

There are a couple of other threads concerning the launch of this casino. I may either close them and refer them to this thread, or merge them just to be able to consolidate feedback.

Here is the link for the casino:

Yes, I have a question :D

I was wondering if they are planning on integrating a system where it is possible to check bonus WR (how much one has wagered/how much left etc) without needing to contacting customer support?

I was a bit surprised to see that they did not have a good solution for this other than contacting live chat.

Well this is a Copy & Paste from one of the other threads, titled 'Casumo Live!', which I posted a couple of days ago..

"Well...

I've just done a sweep of the website, terms etc.. I am yet to register as I'm not really impressed at all with their welcome bonus, or some of their T's and C's, and tbh, I don't think I will register now I've had a good look around. I absolutely love the look/design of the site itself - Great job. But for me, a UK player, there is much better options available.. Which is a shame as a change is always nice, and as stated already, the design is really nicely done.

Now, it seems that between the time they opened their doors a couple of weeks ago, and today, that their Welcome Bonus has already changed - It was pretty crappy and now is even worse. You no longer get 20 free spins on Jack Hammer 2, which had a value of €10 ( 50c per spin ) - You now get 5 free spins on Jack Hammer 1, valued at €1.25 ( 25c per spin ). Nice...

Also, some of their terms are, IMO, a bit icky.. What do people make of this?

5.7. If you win EURO €100,000 or more and decide to withdraw a major part of the winning (over 50%), we have the right to divide the pay-out into ten instalments, paid with 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts.

IMO, payouts should always be paid in full if requested by the player - Isn't this one of the rules that needs to be adhered to to get Accreditation?

And this below just confuses me. Of course I understand what they mean, but why? Why makes things more difficult than they need to be. Bonus terms should be simple, not complicated.

6.12. During game play, bonus money are used in relation to the real money you have on your account and winnings are divided evenly according to the relation between real money and bonus money in the bet. For example, if you have 100 Euro real money and 50 Euro bonus money in your account, a bet of 30 Euro will contain 20 Euro real money and 10 Euro bonus money and any winnings are divided into the same ratio.

I gave up reading the terms after 6.12, so there may be more terms there that need closer inspection.

Just my feedback."

Another small little warning from me also.

I signed up a little too early just to take a look at the casino.
I havn't made a deposit yet so my first bonus and free spins is vanished, gone, lost:eek2:

It's a time set on them so if you not play there regularly then what you have earned in bonuses will disappear.

10 installments?..ugh, pass! I just WDed 1k from Bet365 last night...got the whole 1k in about 6 hours..I'm not about to say sure, take your time, pay at your leisure

True.... My last Major WD was at 32Red... $15 000 paid ONE SHOT.... I know its not 100k, but If I had won that I wouldn't be subject to a 10% per month....

Uhmmm Casumo Rep - What about progressives??

This is fixed :) If you try to withdrawal before your bonus is playd through you will get a message telling you how much you have left in wager requirement, and also how much you can withdrawal if you would like to do that before the wager is completed.

Hi Guys!

Hi There

I hope you are all well.
Sorry for not being so very active here, i spent a week on the casino conferences down in Barcelona (even though i know this isnt a good excuse):).

Frst of all, if anyone of you have forgot to active your deposit bonus when you made your deposit, just contact us in the livechat or send us an email to hey@casumo.com and we will credit the bonus for you!

Regarding slow withdrawals, we have now finally hired some more stuff fir this so this will go much faster in the future. Its sad to admit maybe but we wasnt really prepared for this amount of players straight after the launch!
I also read you where worried about the "big win" thing, this is not anything unique, its also something we really dont want to use. For example after only 3 days LIVE we had a finish player who won over 44k euro in one spin. The day after she requested a withdrawal of the whole sum and got the money instantly.

I also read that the livefeed is a bit annoying, we are aware of that and all those "0,04" wins will not be showed in the future. We are doing two releases / week now and it will be different improvements every time. I hope you understand us, its not possible to have everything 100% from day 1, even the biggest ones out there who have been online severals of years dont have it.

Best Regards

Oscar

Respect to you coming onto the forum and answering concerns, however it sounds like you have your work cut out getting your site in order. I know posters at casinomeister can be harsh in their critism, but this is the best advice you will get online in my opinion. That is if you want to attract long term players that deposit and play regularly. I hope you can iron out all these teething problems / growing pains, whatever you want to call them, as it is a fresh new concept which could really catch on.

Hi Again

Hello

Its fun to hear that you like our concept.
I´m not saying we have problems because we dont, but the "problems" we have like the stream shows small winnings will be fixed very soon. Even though i dont know if its a problem or not. Thats just about taste:).

I can tell you another fun thing, right now we are creating a new world for the players who have/will leveled out.
We are also creating our mobile version, and of course you will have the adventure even on the phone!

Thanks

Oscar

Casumo has an amazing loyalty program. They give a possibility to collect points by logging in, playing, depositing and even withdrawing. I love this kind of interactive approach. I obviously log in daily to get my 25 points  and guess will take advantage of their bonus. Not mentioning that as a woman, I am totally in love with Casumo creature <3 :p

Is it not quite common in casinos? If you win something major. They'll pay you in patches?
I've allways thought so? "Max witdraws/week 10k etc.".

And about those bonus terms. I think that's is simply different aproach to bonus. Kind of in the middle between MGS clearplay and for example rtg bonus system, where fund are completely locked untill you complete the wager.
Allthough, I do think the wager requirement are kind of high. For example, I deposited 50€, took a 50% bonus. Wager 50xbonus. That would be allright for a 100% bonus, but for a 50% bonus - a bit on the high side..

It is not very common for NetEnt casinos to pay out large wins in installments (most of them will pay out instantly in one single lump), although you may find this rule at some casinos.

I believe I have seen a similar rule at Mr Green.

was this a general bonus or welcome bonus? the welcome bonus is only 25X

he bonus received when the Player makes his/her first deposit to the Website has a wagering requirement of twenty five (25) times the sum of the received bonus and the deposit amount contributing to the bonus figure.

I thought that people from Finland and Sweden were eligible for their 100% bonus? I know Norwegians will get a 100% bonus up to €400 on first deposit. Or are you talking about another bonus maybe. Not sure what bonuses they are offering on a more regular basis. But 50 x bonus on a 50% offer is a bit high yes, but not very unusual if it is a monthly reload bonus or something like that.

The rest of the world is 50% up to €50 with WR of 25 x deposit + bonus (welcome bonus) as mentioned by dionysus.

Just thought I would give my 2 cents.. deposited about 1500 euros over several deposits.. ended up winning up to 4300 euros... tried to make my withdrawl several times but didn't work.. kept going back and forth with customer service.. at one point they promised that I would see all the money paid out on my cc.. then after not getting a dime and my money still in my account, they said they could only pay back what I deposited and had to send the rest via a bank deposit.. not too happy with that.. they seem to be genuinely there to help, but just that move didn't look good in my books.. if I get my money in the next 2-3 days, then I would say overall a positive experience, but we'll wait and see..

I guess you are talking about the Halloween 50% match bonus? That bonus have a 50 x bonus wager, while 1st deposit bonus is 25 x bonus + 25 x deposit. Bonuses from adventure: Cash bonuses are 20x and free spin wins are 30x.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Great if you could keep us updated

I don't use cards, but I have heard about it a lot of times. That they can only pay out what you have used for deposits, and the rest pays out another way.
Maybe it's just for some cards, but it can be true. No way they are ripping anyone off. It's a Swedish guy behind it;)
