Every now and then I get the occassional PM from disgruntled folks who have critisicms on how the forum is run. Sometimes these are from misunderstandings, or oversights, or bitches and moans, or perhaps something I need to address. As you know - or probably should have known - I've been dodging rattlesnakes and mountain lions in the high desert country during the jolly months of Covid 19.

There has been a couple of folks who have stated that a number of members have quit posting because of whatever. I don't see it - but then I don't know who to look for. So if there are some members who are not wanting to participate due to a bad vibe or something, please contact me directly via PM. Tell me what's up, how you feel about things, and make a suggestion or how or what I should change. I would like to hear from you. Thank you.

Think it's fine as it is - nothing, as far as i can tell, is censored - what i would say is, whilst everyone is free to make a complaint/gripe/any malicious ones should be flagged rather than the poster.

So in the sense he used the word then it is no different from posts everyday where members call others idiots.

Out of all the members on here he is one of the few i would say never argues or is offensive. And after getting called out for nothing it stands to reason he would respond.

Seems to be getting very common on here where many members seem to Goad others into reacting. Then sit back and wait to see what happens. And i am not referring to Colin. But must admit he surprised me by his comment to Pinnit. Not normally his style either.

Maybe the world at the moment is just getting to everyone.

Here's a common theme.

A thread gets a little lively, nothing serious, just a bit off topic or disagreements go slightly over the top, but nothing too bad, and in the past they would have run their course and everyone be friends again the next day.

Now what happens is Dion jumps in for the slightest thing, tags Max for some reason, then Max goes on the thread, warns or bans everyone, and no matter how many people disagree with what he says, he is right, everyone else is wrong, and if others don't like it, they are free to stop posting. Guess thats whats happened.
