Actually, they did address it back in 2010. Joyland had been sold to WillHill and WH told me that they only purchased the assets of the casino, not the losses, and that the player had agree to those terms and conditions, and was bound by them. I notified Playtech about this stating that it was not fair, and they came back saying that they agreed with the casino - Sylvia was bound by those terms and she had made additional agreements (getting paid only half right away, etc.). That was it....I find it incredible that Playtech are in so many UK based casinos and yet they can manage to completely avoid the need to get involved in that scam. Criminal charges should have been brought against the casino and/or Playtech for that crime. Despicable...
