Casino33 financial problems?

Yep, you are very lucky.

Guys, let's bump this thread once in a while to ensure that everyone gets notice of Bryan's warning.

This morning I read Bryan's warning on casino33. I haven't heard from them for some time now. All of a sudden this afternoon I receive a call from casino33 (forgot his name) He offers me a 400% deposit bonus. I didn't even ask what the play through was but responded "first of all I'm not interested in bonuses, and I heard your site is in some kind of financial stress". His response was "yea, there's a disgruntled employee starting rumors". I of course didn't mention casinomiester or that Bryan in fact posted it. But you could sense his tone changed from optimistic to pessimistic quickly when I said that. I closed with "I appreciate the offer especially if the site is broke". Click

They haven't called me in a long time now. But there was a period where they must have called 4 or 5 times. By the last time, I was SO pissed off that I screamed into the phone "when are you assholes gonna get the message to not call me"? And then I hung up. Haven't heard from them since. But a couple of hours ago, I was in the kitchen and heard my phone ring that "double ring" that usually signifies long distance. I didn't answer it as I didn't recognize the number, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was them.....judging by your post 4oaK.

That whole calling at home thing set off alarm bells for me months ago, when they first started out. IMO, it reeks of desperation. Especially when they continue doing it, even after you've told them not to.

Disgruntled employee? So Bryan works for Casino33. Shame on you Bryan for spreading all these malicious rumours.:p

The number that called me was 551-322-9000 (hope I'm permitted to post that)

In addition I don't know what their bonuses have been in the past, but 400% sounds desperate to me. I should have asked for the play through requirements. Bet they were real low.

Strange. That particular phone number belongs to a notorious black market counterfeit drug scammer/spammer. I wonder why a casino would be using them?

Yea they called me like six times on my cell phone. When I called back the phone is disconnected. And besides my phone was acting up so they could speak to me if they wanted too. It kept hanging up on them. Then I remember someone called me by my first name too.

Because I'll be damned if I gave them my home phone number.

Wow.

I never played there, but I've just read the info and been lurking the forums a bit.
It is good to have warnings like the ones here on CM. I also hope we'll hear from the reps in this topic, too.
I sincerely do hope they pull through.

Beware of this casino at all costs!

Got also now a phone call although i've closed my account there before one month, because of their unfriendly email support, but now they called me, that i get a bonus from them, when i will again log in into their casino!?

this is rogue for me, or is it wrong?

I really would like to know where Casinomeister is getting his info from.
Bryan if you would be so kind to post your sources that would be great.

If anyone needs any help or has concerns please post them here and we will be more than happy to help you.

Thank you,

Hi Barry,

Sorry, but I don't make a habit of identifying sources, but I have been contacted by a handful of affiliates stating that there are indicators that your company is strapped financially.

Is Jonathan and/or casinojack still employed by casino33? I was wondering why we haven't heard from them lately.

Bottom line is, I would rather error on the side of caution since players are being asked explicitly to deposit funds. I don't want to see them getting screwed.

Can you give us a reason to believe that Casino33, etc., is in good financial standing? If there is something that clearly indicates you are good to go, I have no problem rescinding the warning I posted.

Just to mention that i got a call from Casino33 before 5-6 days, and asking me if i will login and deposit today, in order to give me a special 'bonus' only for me. I told them ok, i'm not interested and that's all.

PS: Their website also seems out of date, there are still promotions about the xmas period online (Promotion is valid from December 22nd 2009 to December 31st 2009)...

Fair enough Bryan. Casino Jack is alive and kicking and still around.
There has been some changes in Management and as with any company life goes on.
In the mean time we will be here to help any players and answer any concerns that they may have.
Thank you!

You guys should immediately stop calling people at home. Surely you can tell from the feedback on this forum, that it's NOT appreciated, nor welcomed.

I can tell you, if you dial my number again, you'll get a whistle in your ear loud enough to shatter your eardrum. Fair warning.

Letter from Management

"Im not sure how these rumors get started, but there is no truth to any shutdown of Casino33.com. While there have been some recent management changes, these changes have no reflection on the financial strength of the company and/or its affiliates. Its disappointing when reputable forums fail to investigate before publishing innuendos or misinformation."

Please email your user name and I'll check the don't call box.
Also please everyone when you sign up there is an option that you can check to not receive phone calls.
We do call players from time to time to offer them special deals. But if you request not to be called we will honor that.

Thank you,

But why in the hell do you call people, which have closed their casino account since one month!?

What is, if anyone is as an example a problem gambler and has closed his account because of this problem and you'll call them back, to reopen his account and to get a bonus? this is really not very serious, or am i wrong!?

I wanted only to close my accoutn because of your unfriendly email support whcih told me, that i shoudl send them a copy of my credit card, although i've never made any deposit in your casinos, i've only tried out your ND bonus and not more, so why do you guys need any credit card copys and faxbackform?

I'll normally never make any deposit with a credit card, so it's very useless, especially when i've never made any deposit before!

And i'm 100% sure, that Casinomeister didn't warn us players without any good reason from playing in your caisno and since my experience with you and your rogue phone calls it only shows me that my feeling was right from the beginning!

I received a telephone call a while back, and asked that they not telephone me again.

Today I received a call from Andrew. Before he got any further than saying he was calling from Casino33, I just said that I would not be making a deposit, and that I had previously requested not to be telephoned. I terminated the conversation.

Letter to management:

If I have to act upon rumors - I will. I would rather disappoint a few casino staff than 100s (if not 1000s) of players who rely on my judgment calls.

WOW, it takes weeks to delete old information:what: That is the beauty of technology; it should only take a few clicks and viola!

Something is definitely wrong at your casino and I am siding with Bryan who is here to protect us!

Your answers are to vague about the situation to be believed:rolleyes:

I'll send you my username, but you're missing the point entirely. The majority of people do NOT want UNSOLICITED phone calls from a casino. I can honestly say yours is the only operation I've ever had this problem with. The only other time any casino has called me is if I've requested it specifically to deal with a problem.

And when you call once, and are told NO, and not to call again....why do you insist on calling back numerous times after that? Why do people have to ask a rep on CM's forum to put them on a do not call list? Do your telemarketers not speak or understand English? Don't call me again means just that...DON'T CALL!!

Like I said before, it reeks of desperation, and especially in light of what Bryan has posted. Too coincidental for my liking. Rumours of financial distress, and mass calling of people who aren't interested. The timing is just too much. It certainly "appears" that you are trying to solicit deposits to buoy up the sinking ship. Just saying...that's the way it looks.
