It can take a while - firstly Max needs to gather the evidence and make the complaint, and then he has to wait for casinos to respond, which can be quite a while or never if they operate at the periphery of what we'd call 'respectable'. Remember this is not an accredited site with a rep here and therefore one which would seek to resolve things speedily. Be patient....:):)

Indeed! Has the added advantage of me knowing you are asking about your case.

In this particular instance that would be most useful because the PAB in incomplete -- in sîte of the fact that it was submitted three times in a row -- and there's not much I can do until the OP sees to the errors. I've emailed the OP at the address given but Russia servers are notoriously unreliable and that seems to apply here.

I'll forward the message to the OP via PM but the way things are going that may not be worth much.
