It's a town, has a college, and it's an industrial estate filled with high tech firms, but SO FRIGGING WHAT! I live in the "Thames Valley". It has a BIG college right here in my town, Reading up the road has a university. Slough to the north is one massive industrial estate as well as a town. The whole of the Thames valley is filled with the same high tech industries as Markham, yet my "area" is NOT banned by CW. There is a similar area in Scotland, also not banned.
To the east of me is a VERY affulent area, and the QUEEN lives just up the road from me in Windsor Castle, which is her official residence, NOT Buckingham Palace as many think, which is merely her "place of work", used for state occasions.

I doubt the Queen has an account at CWC though:rolleyes:

Doesn't mean a thing. NO company can "censor" journalists in this way. They would have to launch a civil case for damages, and show that the actual content used was a breach of the law.

This is probably a defence against competitor casinos simply "scraping" their sites and using the content as their own - many rogue casinos have done this in the past, and even a few REPUTABLE ones have been "lazy" by using Cut & Paste like this, but forgetting to change all the references to the donor site to reflect their own.
It would also be used against review sites that passed off portions of their site as their own.

There is also the matter of defamation, where content is misrepresented out of context, or lies are posted about the casino. Posting defamatory remarks is NOT illegal in itself, the casino would have to challenge them on the basis that they are untrue.

Lord Jeffrey Archer got 2 years for trying to suppress a defamatory news story, and lied to the court by saying it was untrue. When it was proved to be true, he got 2 years for perjury.

Casinos taken to court should bear this in mind when considering telling lies in defence of a claim;)

EVERY software allows for the checking of each game played. What this statement shows is that those RTG casinos that claim they "don't have access to the play logs" in order to deflect player requests for said information are talking a load of BS. They clearly MUST have routine access to such information otherwise they would not be able to audit for "bonus abuse".
