How trustworthy are these casinos?

They appear to offer better bonuses than most (if not all) of the accredited casinos listed on casinomeister. I've played at Zodiac casino (will give you 20$ for 1$ with a x35 rollover I believe). I've played at Captain Cooks which offered 500$ of free play / no-deposit (you can only keep 150$ of your winnings). For Captain Cooks, you need to deposit 50$ before you can claim the 150$ (which is surprisingly easy to win, since you can re-apply for the 500$ free-money if your previous attempts are unsuccessful).

I've never made a withdrawal from either of the above Casino Rewards casinos (mostly because its difficult if your a Canadian resident); I've also noticed that I've been "ususually" lucky while playing with the free money.

Any members here have any experiences they want to share? I'm trying to decide if I should deposit 50$ in order to claim the 150$ I "won"????

Played at their casinos on and off for years and never had a problem getting paid either. They do have various and attractive welcome bonus offers but not much bonuses after that. Support seem on the ball and helpful and always available.

The big negative is once you sign up at one is the sheer amount of spam you receive from other in the group is way to much.

You beat me to it - Which is why I won't spend a penny at their sites.

What is your issue with getting a w/d being in Canada, besides a few web wallets that have discontinued business here there are no restrictions.

I'm from Toronto Canada and played at there casinos for 3 or 4 years off and on. I have never had any problem when it came to withdraws. I use Instadebit and direct deposit to my bank account never been a issue. They have great promotions but I have heard that if your up in$$$ with this casino group the bonuses stop Im not sure if that's true my winning are much less than my deposits but I have had great winning streaks with Zodiak and Vegas slot casino those are the 2 I most play at.

Casino Rewards were some of the first casinos I've played. I played this past week in fact, I received some snail mail with a free chip re: an existing account, and a metch offer I could use on any of them. Before I took the deposit match, they checked that my Visa from Moneymart was in fact one they could pay back to for me. In the past I've received a cheque on a Canadian Bank, and made some to Skrill as well.

Your $150 "winnings" will be bonus funds and they will need to be played 30x as far as I know. Which is a 300% match on your $50, so I would play it if you are a slot player. Just make sure you read the terms and don't exceed any maximum bet or game restrictions.

Their livechat doesn't give you an option to receive an email, so copy and paste and conversations you might have with questions.

They are not as fast paying as some casinos, with a 48 hours reverse period (which restarts every time you make a reversal). Players have found their rewards accounts locked when withdrawals exceed deposits, so if you earn any comp points, cash them out when you can rather than let them build up.

You will not likely escape the spam now they have your info, whether you play or not.

I get at least 1-2 emails a day of them, Yes there seem to be ok, I'm signed up to a couple of them, Took out the £1 deposit get 20 free some time back on qautro casino, managed to take out £35 to test and within a few days cash was in my bank, no question no I.D asked, This was some time back low, Only other day I signed up to lucky empurium and received 10 free, Only when I downloadded I noticed that I had 20 odd £ in bonus points so I xchanged them, All points across group adds up so you can exchange to any 1 of there sites, As said I have not played for a year or two till other day so maybe other replys may come in better

I play at CR group regularly. Yes I get the spam and I hate the spam, but I just know to insta-delete it now. If it is something worthwhile, it is more likely to come via snail mail than e-mail. I got an offer by post of a 150% match at Virtual City only a couple of weeks ago.

The freeplays are easy to play. Just fire up Tomb Raider or Loaded and max bet until you hit a monster spin early. And get your max $/£/euro100 and make the bare minimum deposit.

As for getting penalised for "bonus whoring", I think I've only had one bonus not given to me within minutes of depositing. But I did get it after I had lost my deposit.

As for payouts, a bit slow, but slow is better than not at all.

The one thing that bugged me was the first time I tried to withdraw. I got an e-mail from them offering me a bonus for reversing. That gave me slight cause for concern. But I just iggyed it and got my money about 3 or 4 days later. I've not had any such e-mails since.

And to answer the OP's question, yes I would deposit the 50. I did, and turned it into 700+ at one stage before clearing WR at 600+ and cashing out :)

The bottom line is they are safe but best suited to players who like a bonus to extend playing time. For non-bonus players or anyone likely to withdraw more than 4k (the weekly max cash-out) they are not really a serious option. You should be aware that the marketing emails are incessant and the "group un-subscribe" option doesn't work (well it didn't 6 months ago when I tried anyway).

It still doesn't. Never has AFAIK.
And I never ever joined them.

The problem with spam is really simple. Just make one simple email only for this group. I would call it casinorewardspam at hotmail or gmail etc. :D

Thanks for the responses. Yes their pretty bad with the spamming but luckily it all goes straight to the spam folder on gmail so.......

x30 rollover on the 300% bonus isn't bad. I can withdrawal it, its just inconvenient as the only way is an e-check (no Skills or Moneybookers). I'm also a bit of a "problem gambler", so the "48 reverse withdrawal" definitely sucks.

I'm probably gonna let this one slide even though its potentially a good bet; It was very unlikely of me to have won the two big jackpots (including a royal flush on vp) during the "1 hour free-play" and strangely that just makes more cautious.....Freezing players rewards accounts when withdrawals > deposits is low don't you think?

I guess we should know someone here who has experienced already those offers/bonuses. Sorry, but those are some "too good to be true" promises, unless someone here attest to that. I try to win casino bonuses at betcoin.tm but the payout is pure crypto currency.

I've played at several of these casinos, years back, when MG where simply the best by far for online casinos, IMO anyway. I believe I closed down most of the accounts I had, once I had bad streaks and I used to not be able to control my gambling.

I like many, get numerous emails a week from them, so after checking the lists here and seeing they are generally accepted as being reputable, even if they are no longer accredited, I decided to log in once and for all and see what's what.

It may be worth anyone logging in, just to see what's what as, I had over 50,000 bonus points accumulated to spend at any casino and decide to just redeem them and got over £300 to play with.

After about 12 hours of solid play, I've finally managed to make a withdrawal.

TBH though, I'll be amazed reading this thread if I get the winnings. Currently in the 48 hour reversible withdrawal period, but pretty sure I'll need to send documents and looking at the sites T&C's, there are so many if's and buts, that I'm expecting some sort of you broke the T&C's.

Will update once I hear either way.

To me they feel like a nonpersonal multimillion company in the online casinos business targeting mainly first time/unexperienced gamblers. Spamming bonusoffers to every mailaddress they get their hands on, and of course: If you win to much on their bonuses, you'r bonusbanned for a million years :) If you win you'll probably get paid, but slow and you just won't get that good quality-feeling you deserve.

Amen to that. Reminds me of a couple of other groups;)

I gave the Captain Cooks SUB a go last night. won the £150 bonus, deposited £50. managed to clear the WR (£4500) thanks mainly to TSII, and withdrew £350.
Now to see if and when I get paid.

No worries, you'l get paid, just don't hold your breath. (As blueish isn't healthy :) Do NOT reverse and Congrats on the withdrawal

i happen to like casino rewards other than the spamming , theyve always paid me never ever not been paid ok pending two days but they do offer some great promos , so i hope you guys get paid wouldnt think there will be any problems providing your docs are already in )

As mentioned in this thread, the spam started this morning. I got an email from Grand Mondial, offering a similar promo to Captain Cook's.
So I contacted live chat to check if i could take this bonus, after taking the one on captain Cook's

So I Played through the promo, won the maximum allowed, and attempted to transfer the winning to my account, only to receive this message

You'll get paid Brian no doubt about it. I took up the exact same offer back in November. Deposit £50, £150 bonus, £200 total to start play with. Built it up to over £770 at one point. Cleared WR at roughly £600. Cashed out £300 and kept £100. Got paid without any requirement for documents. Although, I did get an e-mail from them where they tried to tempt me with a 20% bonus to reverse withdraw. So be on the lookout for that. I myself just ignored it and got paid like the e-mail had never even been sent by them.

That seems odd. Unless they have clamped down on the "freeplay whoring" recently. Kiki is usually one of the most clued up CR chat agents (in my experience at least) so this comes as a bit of a surprise. Unless you created a Grand Mondial account years ago (sometimes they do not detect that you already have an account), I don't see how/why you have got this message.

Unless perhaps, it is because you have a pending withdrawal from Captain Cooks?

Yep the famous bait and switch which Casino Rewards is famous for - they may have even invented it!
Be careful they don't void your winnings on this. Fortunately for you, you have the live chat screen cap. So if they start trying it on, send them that!

Oh and back that up the with email bonus offer from Mondial you received. If that doesn't work, then I'd PAB because this is certainly scammy!

*** I'm sure if you lost, they (Casino Rewards) wouldn't contact you and say... Sorry but we shouldsn't have given you that bonus, you were not eligable for it. Therefor we have refunded your deposit.
