Casino Rewards Casinos

Was this promo one of the Play for an Hour, keep what you win (in the form of a bonus of course, with a max of $100 or whatever)? Did you make a deposit to claim it?

I wouldn't worry about getting paid your withdrawal from Captain Cooks.

The worse thing about Casino Rewards is their policy of bonus banning players. In fact, they don't bonus ban you, they just lock your rewards account so you can't redeem your bonuses. If you have made one deposit with them and are now up, and can't redeem your bonus funds, I wouldn't keep depositing to unlock it.

You have a couple of choices though. First, contact Customer Support. I'd email them and include a copy of the chat transcript. I wouldn't hold my breath that they will unlock your rewards account, but it might just be because you have a pending withdrawal. I certainly know that I have taken many SUBs with Casino Rewards.

Secondly, withdraw your deposit (if you made one). Or play it without bonus restricts and feel confident you will be paid if you win. If you don't win with your deposit, I'd ask again about the bonus. If you win and withdraw before a bonus is credited, you forfeit that bonus (fair enough).

I've been playing with Casino Rewards for a long time, and I know just how big a win it will take to put me into the category of lifetime ahead or bonuses exceeding deposits.

the rep contacted me via PM, apparently there is a clause in the T&C.
I'd have thought the CS would have known this, and especially after saying that they'd checked my accounts.
But it's no big problem. I just fancied the challenge of the £3000 WR, lol

She also assured me there wouldn't be a problem with my with pending withdrawal. so, after having a decent win there. It'll probably become one of my regular casinos

For me, a great experience in the end.

The short story for those who don't want to read my full experience I had £370 in free cash via points and in the end cashed out with £3900.

The full story, as I said in the thread earlier, I logged into my CR account and had points to exchange for cash.

I played the £370 through last week, which meant wagering over £11k and managed to get to £250 in my account and did a cashout at that point.

This was in the early hours of Wednesday morning, the money remained in my account as reverse withdrawal for over the 48 hour period as by Sunday it was still not being processed. So I probably foolishly reverse withdrew it. I since read that the first withdrawal can take longer even if documents aren't required, so that is why it was probably still in a reverse state.

Anyway on Sunday I started to play with the £250. I managed to get a couple of very decent hits and got upto over £1000. At this point, I thought, well I doubt there is anyway that they will pay out over £1000 from basically free cash, so decided to play it down to £750.

When I was down to £890 ish, I hit a jackpot on HO HO HO, for just over £3k on a £3 spin. My first ever Jackpot on any online slot.

My immediate response was to quit straight away and withdraw it. I thought, sod it, they will pay or not, but I'm not going to go over the £4k weekly limit lol.

On Monday onwards this week, I got an email asking for documents and also had a couple of chats, with online customer service, to make sure I had the right documents and what was required card wise. Please to say both chats were handled very well.

On Wednesday I got an email to say, documents approved and on Thursday, got an email to say funds being processed. This morning the funds are in my bank account.

I have to say I was sceptical about even being paid out the £250, let alone nearly £4k from free money. But I was completely wrong, every step was a good experience and it was nice to receive emails with updates, rather than just waiting in limbo.

What it means, is I will keep open a couple of my accounts at CR casinos, as I have confidence now, that I will get paid out.

I gave the Captain Cooks SUB a go last night. won the £150 bonus, deposited £50. managed to clear the WR (£4500) thanks mainly to TSII, and withdrew £350.
Now to see if and when I get paid.

Spam spam spam. They have lots of great sign up bonus, but be very careful with TC. Most of the time live chat doesn’t know what they are talking about. First withdrawal used to be only check, to verify home address. I don’t know if that is the case anymore. Do they have your docs? The 4k withdrawal limit is not a real problem (you can go around it, if you have to). The REAL limit is 25k daily (it used to be anyway).

Everybody more or less is bonus banning winners. Not a problem IMHO. 48hr (business) reversal time is a problem.

HO HO HO is one of my fav games. Was the x1000 win from getting 5 santas?

CR doesn't seem so bad, apart from their occasionally dishonest emails. In my darker moments, I've thought about chargebacking my credit card on a deposit and just telling my bank that I deposited based on lies I read on the email about getting bonus such and such.......

Yes it was 5 Santa's I put the screenshot in the 1000x stake win thread.

One of my oldest and favourite slots, although as I said in the other thread, it can suck badly too, with my next deposit 400 spins and no free spins, would expect 3 or 4 in that amount of spins.

As mentioned in this thread, the spam started this morning. I got an email from Grand Mondial, offering a similar promo to Captain Cook's.
So I contacted live chat to check if i could take this bonus, after taking the one on captain Cook's

So I Played through the promo, won the maximum allowed, and attempted to transfer the winning to my account, only to receive this message

WTF!!

Same BS I got when I first joined many years ago. I took a long holiday as a result, and deposited a six figure sum into their then Aussie based rivals, Casino Action, where the bullcrap was nowhere to be seen. I became a Casino Rewards VIP the instant they bought two of my accounts from Casino Action, even though I had never played at Casino Rewards for over 2 years at the time.

I have told my VIP hosts that any hint of locking my rewards account again will see me taking another long holiday from their properties. Even a £25K win hasn't had them reaching for the keys, so maybe it's the old problem they always had of "computer says.....", which can get it spectacularly wrong for new players with very little history with the group.

Rather than depositing more, stop depositing and wait for the "we miss you" email. Answer it by saying that you went elsewhere after CS pulled the bait & switch on an offer they had sent you right after joining up, and that this gave you a bad impression of the group as "roguish".

You may then find that they CAN manually unlock rewards account locked by the system after all;)

It's partly how I got my $40 unlocked from the system many years ago, a holiday and a complaint to Kahnawake about the bait & switch:)

WTF is that a typo :eek2:

Nope, but it doesn't mean I LOST it all though. I have also withdrawn a six figure sum, and it was less than the former. What probably got their attention was the level of "action" they had been missing out on as it comes with a potential level of hold that is considerable, even if it wasn't achieved.

I am still Diamond VIP there, but the loss of the MGS fruities may mean that my level of "action" falls with MGS as a whole, especially if I find good alternatives elsewhere. It is likely that the UK focussed casinos, mostly the multi provider platforms, that will yield replacements.

WTF is that a typo :eek2:

I think he no the score, nether the less I have had many deposits and with draw from the group, and no I.D not nedded or troubles low only small amounts,
