chalupa said:Another "for the record"... after various additional e-mails I have now received 3 of the 4 pending bonuses I was expecting. The other was denied on an itermittently applied technicality rule (requiring a non-bonus $20 deposit between bonuses) so I can't argue that one further. The last bonus credited was even accompanied by an apology(!)
But as recently as yesterday I received yet another deposit $1000 bonus offer e-mail, so apparently that side of things isn't straightened out yet. At least, I'm presuming I'm not entitled to that bonus.

uungy said:Sounds strange to me too! I don't really mind now, as my account is as dead as a door mat now, but what also intrests me, how ecogra responded, which I imagine they don't have that "excuse" of being on leave. I am sure this would doubt their honesty and consideration, when they respond to customers the way they did.
Are there "any" approved seals that can be trusted?
Khanawake, didn't even respond to my problem!
I personally think Casinomeister should make his own "seal of approval" and there will some "real and honest exchange there"!
May be we should make a poll about that!

Subject: Re: Merry Christmas dec 25th deposit bonus
I have had no response regarding this matter. According to feedback from Grand Prive to EZBoard forum affiliates I seem to have met a 'bonus quota' apparently resulting in all bonuses being denied me. I really take exception to learning of this second or third hand. Why was I not personally informed of this? Does this 'bonus ban' apply to all my Grand Prive accounts?

Dear XXXXXX,
Thank you for your e-mail.
I have reviewed your accounts and find that they have all been marked as managed accounts, which means that you have met your bonus quota.
Kind regards,

Nice to know all this bruhaha was just a case of mass hallucination resulting in 'contradictory rumors'. I feel much better, don't you?

This group seems to be staggering from one crisis into another by the looks of this email.
Denying that there was ever a problem (*rumour* LOL!) when you have already admitted to other players that you screwed up on invalidating bonuses that were due is plain stupid.
I don't know who's calling the shots at Grand Prive on this, but he or she really needs brain surgery! This is making them look dishonest as well as incompetent imv, and undoing the little damage repair they have managed to effect in respect of reversing their earlier decisions on some players.
The owner must by now be fully aware of what is really going on here, and as he has apparently not intervened to put a stop to this nonsense or address the public outcry I must conclude that he is endorsing this disgraceful behaviour.
Now about this seal of approval from the Casinomeister...I know I look to see what seals and logos the casinos carry before I choose to play there, and if one is different..I do some researching..I personally think Casinomeister should make his own "seal of approval" and there will some "real and honest exchange there
Thats exactly what I meant! True the forums are of good/bad casino's. but giving a company the seal, so they can display on the website is a very strong and powerful resourcesilcnlayc said:As uungy says

This might get to the players that need to come here and take a look see at just what the CM's seal stands for..if he is on some casino sites and not others...think that is very good food for thought....
This logo (seal) alone would steer me the right direction, which thankfully finding this forum has already.
I agree with everything that's been said about Grand Prive, but I'd just like to point out they haven't suddenly become shady overnight. The thread below was started in May 2005 & from that point on they continually used tricks to encourage people to deposit before then denying bonuses:liquidsoap said:ive gone back in my records and never had a problem with them, but it doesnt matter that can easily change, just like the group shows you how quickly it changed hardly no complaints if any at all before the adding of roadhouse reels. now look the complaints section is full of them
As for a seal, this is too regulatory for me, and I have no desire to become a casino-policeman. My mission here is to provide information - information in all shapes sizes and forms.silcnlayc said:As uungy says

The forum is only a third of Casinomeister's traffic - the rogue section, news, newsletter, webcast, and recommended casinos are privy to others beside forum membersliquidsoap said:...but if he puts the casino on rogue lists, the only people who are gonna know is active members in the forum.
And that is why people who actually know what is going on, would choose you over Ecogra with all their self puffery, heavy duty backup, funding, staff and 2 PR firms.Casinomeister said:As for a seal, this is too regulatory for me, and I have no desire to become a casino-policeman.
