Casino Grand Bay can kiss my @#$

A couple of FYI's....

First... I am no longer receiving the usual promo (deposit bonus) emails from this casino group.

Second... Let me add the following tidbit to the confusion... I found this posted in one of the EZBoard forums...

PER CASINO MANAGEMENT AT "THE GRAND PRIVE' GROUP"..

THE NEW RULE CALLED...."BONUS QUOTA"..THAT SOME OF YOU MAY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF...HAS BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE HERE AT THE FORUMS!!!!!

THIS MEANS....ALL THE OLD RULES STILL APPLY...LIKE..DEPOSIT INBETWEEN BONUS..ETC..

BUT ALL PLAYERS WILL BE CREDITED THERE FORUM WINS REGARDLESS OF THEIR BONUS QUOTA UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Does anyone have an 'inside' contact at this casino group? It would be interesting to find out just WTF was/is going on?

I realize I have the brains of a mouse, but come oooooonnnnn....

Neither am I , or course since becoming a VIP I no longer get the 200% match bonus on Thursday nights either, nor did I get any of the Xmas bonuses that were sent out to players in the mail.


Does anyone have an 'inside' contact at this casino group? It would be interesting to find out just WTF was/is going on?

Marc who is the VIP manager ( I don't know if that would qualify him as an "inside contact" or not, but he used to do the forums a few years back, told me in an email ( which I still have saved) to write to him with any concerns and also to encourage any other players with concerns to write to him as well..

So far all emails have gone unanswered, the latest being a week ago
 
I continue to read that Grand Bay and others can flick the switch?
Is this true? I understand software can be manipulated but Microgaming provides the software and why would GrandBay be able to manipulate it?
