Resolved Grande Vegas, is an accredited casino??? :(

Hello Everybody

Last week i I had opened a post, ( Section bonus complaint), after a casinò support declined a cashout, without a reason.

Fortunately, all solved, and on monday i got my money.

Yesterday i have won about 2 k, and request my cashout.
Today i got this message

We have received your payout request, however upon review we noticed that your account has not yet been verified.
At your earliest convenience, we kindly ask that you take clear legible digital pictures of the actual card and email:
"..........................." List of doument.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing.


My account is already verified, I had sent the documents and in fact I have already withdrawn several times.

I think this is a bad bractice, he onny wnat take time to pay my win, and he hope that i play my money.

I don't understand why this casino is accredited.

Now what i have to do, resend my document, wait until 5 business day, hoping they approve there, and after, other 48 hours, to cashout.

I'm disgusting about this.....

This has never happened to me before...
Anyway, i just sent my document, but i'm sure they will look for some excuse not to approve the documents.
