Hi everyone, I have a problem with SlotAway, I signed up deposited for bonus and played a while, I was able to withdraw my winnings after playing short time on the various games. They said I have manipulated the bonus and therefore confiscated my £195 winnings. I requested my £150 deposit back and they refuse to give me this. They say the £195 is bonus winnings and that I played my £150. Sounds a bit weird, I argue that if they cancel/confiscate winnings I should be allowed my cash back as the initial contract has been broken. They say I ended the bonus by manipulating the stystem.

I have tried to complain to Ecogra, who they say is there mediator, they are not answering my complaints and don't have slot away in there complaints list?

Post on their fb page and their twitter page/youtube or any other social media-be nice,dont complain on their sm

first contact the gambling commission...once they reply your problem is solver OR

then send them a letter before action....if they ask for you to send a NDA and offer you your winnings i suggest you tack on adminstration costs if you can prove such exist...and maybe a non negotiable NDA fee if they so please to send you one...say 50% of your winnings

otherwise take them to court..the judge may ask why you didnt settle out of court but you can answer that you wanted to make others aware

assuming youre from the uk/have only one account/havnt broken T&C's

It maybe that Ecogra have not updated their list.Maybe with casino's that have a number of sister sites that are already included on the list their happens once a complaint is in progress and the exclusion is pointed out? This happened to me when I had an issue many months ago. I also found it a frustration waiting for Ecogra to give me a first response. How long ago was it that you made first contact with Ecogra?

What abuse where you specifically charged with doing? Too high betting? More info please :)

Hi I contacted slot away again and they sent me the link to ecogra, its a different complaints form to last where they show in drop down box. I will hold on see what they say, two days they recon they reply, can't see me loosing this appeal as original contract was broken. Of course I'm not aware of any manipulation of bonus.

Any news? I used to play slotaway alot, I think its the best out there group, All depends what they say you have done to broke terms? I have not played for months now,

But do you no they have alot of sister sites, You can find them here ipsalderney.com so be careful if signing up to any encase they decide to keep your money, Your aloud to sign up to more than one but I would advise to stay away if they have said you done something wrong,

You can try contacting the UK gaming commission, what use it will be I do not know but if they have more complaints than something might be done, and like someone said, post on social media sites, They seem to like the review sites as well, they use trustpilot to manipulate players to do a good review for a bonus, So play them at there own game

Getting Ball Rolling....

Well was getting fed up of ecogra, so rang gambling commission to complain. They advised me Ecogra was small unit so possibly busy, they also advised me they were too and are also very busy. I laughed at this pointing out how many gamblers there are being represented by these small units.

Anyhow, I did remind the lady that Ecogra promised a reply in two days. She put me on hold, came back advised me to put complaint in again, advised me if not heard anything in a week contact them.

Filled out complaint again, added little about what was told by gambling commission. Low and behold one hour later gets a response that they are dealing with complaint asap. They have 90 days to sort.
