So i was going to post this up in affiliates but because i'm not a webmaster i can't post up there, plus it might be more at home here.

I signed up to Casino.com through Quidco (A cashback site) as they were offering cashback for new signups and deposits.

The signup was completed on the 18th of April 2015 and the deposit and wagering requirements met to receive the cashback. however, Casino.com mass-declined all of quidco's members cashback. I was sent an email saying my cashback had been declined and that they were investigating the issue with casino.com

Fast forward to now and no result has been reached, i have reached out to the rep on the forum to no avail and Quidco keep coming back telling me that "it's being investigated". I managed to put in a complaint with quidco and got the following response.

"The clients team have been working actively to try and resolve this widespread issue that has affected a number of our members with regards to transactions with Casino.com as there is a large amount of cashback currently outstanding and we are trying our best to ensure that you are paid this outstanding cashback.

We have now established through correspondence that the network rather than the retailer directly is to blame for the outstanding cashback, we are working actively to get the network to pay this cashback as soon as possible through our own channels. We are now chasing this outstanding cashback from the network and we expect them to take full liability.

The clients team will continue to try and obtain the full amount of cashback from the network and soon as we have any updates for you we will be in touch.

I am sorry that we aren't able to provide a positive resolution for you at this stage."

I feel like i've gone down every avenue i can think of to no avail. If anyone can assist me, i'd be very appreciative.

Sorry to bump but i'm kind of steamed that their rep has read this thread and been online multiple times since i've messaged him and nothing has come of this.

Maybe I'm being a bit thick here, but which rep associated with casino.com has read this thread?

Sorry, i'm the one being a bit thick, I got 2 usernames mixed up as i had also been dealing with another online casino with a spammer issue via PM. I have messaged the Mansion reps on here to no avail though. It's been a long week! :(

Given this groups past history, this thread gave no surprises at all.
They are bad news for players and "partners" alike. :(

Years ago pre-CM I joined several casinos through Quidco and Top Cashback. For example deposit £50, wager it 5 times and you'd get £60 cashback and that was even if you won! Bingo sites, 20-25 CB for depositing only 20 or 10! So you had effectively a no-lose gamble, sometimes even a small profit as the CB was more than the required deposit.

They all paid me OK bar one - EUROGRAND never paid my £60 claiming 'affiliate commission paid elsewhere' after TCB investigated it, despite TCB having a transaction number from my account at Eurogrand showing the qualifying deposit/transaction no. literally 2 minutes after clicking through TCB which was on the TCB logs.

Basically it's a payment the casinos make to TCB to recruit each player, a CPA-like arrangement, only the player gets the money instead.

Knowing these big CB sites like TCB and Quidco, they will take legal action to retrieve the monies on behalf of their players but it takes a while. Unless the business in the deal with their sites has gone into bankruptcy, they are pretty hot on making them pay eventually. With offshore casinos who have little or no tangible assets in the UK it takes longer as they have to instigate legal action abroad. Sometimes the cost of this may outweigh the commissions they owe their members so underwrite it themselves.

You should get something eventually. It sounds like casino.com has ripped the CB sites off to get new players but doesn't want to pay the dues.

I've had this happen with both Ladbrokes and William Hill on TCB. I moved over to Quidco because of the live chat support you get with premium but it seems to have not had any effect on casinos. Other merchants they can deal with pretty quickly.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing – we are looking into this comment and our arrangements with Quidco to try to get to the bottom of any issues that may be present here.

Meanwhile, we would ask if you wouldn’t mind contacting our customer support directly so that we can specifically look into your account and deal with any issues directly with you?

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best wishes,

    Mansion

I'd like to update to state that the team at Mansion Group have resolved this issue swiftly after noticing my messages and forum thread by proactively getting in touch paying me the Cashback directly. I'm very satisfied with the way they handled this once it was brought to their attention.

[strike]Just to make sure that no one has a sense of "all is ok" here - just a reminder that casino.com is a rogue casino, and has been a rogue casino for some time.

Predatory and Unethical terms. They ought to be shut down - but as long as affiliates promote these guys, and players don't care where their money goes, they will profit and flourish:[/strike]

Please use Casinomeister's C2O when checking out casinos. There are scores not in the database, but the rogue ones are.

Actually, I just got out of chat at Mansion, and it looks like these withdrawal terms apply to Mansion as well. The withdrawal terms don't mention anything about progressive wins, but the chat rep said that withdrawl limits MAY be applied. It would be negotiated during the withdrawal.

I'm hoping the the Mansion rep can confirm this.

I couldn't find them on any of the lists which is why i made the thread initially thinking because mansion had a rep, it was an okay casino, just not accredited. Thanks for letting me know either way!

    Hello,

Indeed, it would be subject to negotiation and not necessarily follow the limitations of a standard withdrawal from a non-progressive win.

Also – thanks for clearing up the rogue casino thing! :)

    Regards,
