Please see how many times i ask if the issue has been solved (as it has,since the player initialy opened this thread hasnt replied...i suppose)

The title of this thread had to do with how "fast" and "efficiently" we face issues. Since everything has been solved, shouldnt also the case be closed?

No mate, i don't drink in order to get drunk. I gave an example in other post in order to exaggerate regarding profounds someone can use not to treat you well. Don't misunderstand it please. So Yes meant to be "poor" sorry about that seems my "poor" English lead to this misunderstanding, so yes it was a typo

That's ok no need to apologise. You don't need to enquire so many times on whether the player received his/her money. The forum has a solid foundation comprised of reasonable people. As long as the casino handles everything in a fair manner people will eventually know. I think you are being too hasty. A change in perception on a casino with a poor reputation does not occur overnight. You can only win over people's minds through showing a dedication to treating players fairly. Less haste otherwise it might backfire.
