I received a 75 loyalty bonus from Ladbrokes today, I busted out took my balance to zero, logged of. I then logged back on and deposited some money, remember balance was at zero before I deposited, anyway noticed I still had WR lest on the 75 Bonus, contaced support who kept telling me I still had to make WR on the 75 bonus even though I busted out, could not get y head around this so emailed support and received this reply

Please be advised that even though you used the bonus you still need to complete the wagering requirement on this.

The wagering requriement on this £75 bonus is 20 times and this needs to be completed.

No withdrawals or transfers will be allowed until this wagering requirement is met.

When you accepted the bonus you also accepted the terms and conditions of the bonus and these clearly state that all bonuses with a wagering requirement need to be completed.

Sticky bonus, goes with the territory of rogue Playtech casinos of which I never thought Ladbrokes were one.
Don't bother with the reps here as they are apparently inactive with full mailboxes.
I've just checked the terms and they say (general) that your WR will be void once your balance goes under £1 and this effectively forfeits the first bonus before WR starts on any subsequent ones.
Can't see what's going on here, do you have the SPECIFIC terms provided with your 75 bonus?

No I dont sorry dunover its obvious that I have got a rep that clearly knows nothing about Bonuses, but the funny thing is this has happened before and they have apologised and removed the bonus, I will email now and ask for t and cs with regards to this bonus, the only problem is I keep getting this CS rep and I have no other email address

Ring them on the freefone number and ask them to void it. It's wrong to have sticky bonuses, even if they are in the terms.

I have just emailed a different address so hopefully I will get someone different, I have asked for the t and c of that specific bonus, I will keep this updated,

Might as well talk to a stone than laddys cs, I managed to hit a indian call center, Yes working for ladbrokes, No wonder why our details getting half inched,

not likely they are completely ignoring my emails now, even though they are supposed to reply within the hour, I think I may just give up and close account, its really not looking good for them!!

gave up with them long ago but you must be real lucky if you get replies from email in an hour as I found if you were lucky you would get a reply in about 48 hours and that's only if they bothered to reply

Ok guys all sorted, looks like I just got 2 reps that had no idea what they were doing, after sending 4 emails I got this reply

Nice, I did say keep trying and eventually find some1 with a brain cell, I really do not no what the are playing at, If this problem happened a few years back it would been sorted in seconds,

Looks like they have sacked every 1 and passed operations to a bunch of idiots with a book of instructions,
