I received a 75 loyalty bonus from Ladbrokes today, I busted out took my balance to zero, logged of. I then logged back on and deposited some money, remember balance was at zero before I deposited, anyway noticed I still had WR lest on the 75 Bonus, contaced support who kept telling me I still had to make WR on the 75 bonus even though I busted out, could not get y head around this so emailed support and received this reply

The wagering requriement on this £75 bonus is 20 times and this needs to be completed.
No withdrawals or transfers will be allowed until this wagering requirement is met.
When you accepted the bonus you also accepted the terms and conditions of the bonus and these clearly state that all bonuses with a wagering requirement need to be completed.
