Question Can someone be this lucky on slots?

So, he was the top loser last night! :)
Lost €10k on Divine Fortune Touch, finally. He also reversed most of his withdrawals and we're finally up on the month in regards to deposit vs withdrawal of player.
I believe he will now have to deposit again in order to play. Knew it was coming.

I try to be very fair to players, I started my career with a very well known company and enjoyed it a lot until management encouraged us to lie to players, etc, and I felt more like a player than management and since I mostly work for promotions, it is in my interest to be able to create attractive promotions, that can work for the casino too but neither side can be greedy. Before self-excluding a player, I'd definately speak to him to share my concerns.

Someone asked which Casino it is....well, it's a Turkish Casino, a lot different than some of the previous places, but I like it. We're kind of a turkish Mr.Green, except it's not green but blue.

You can breathe a sigh of relief now :)

Yes oh good the player is losing. All is well with the world. Good job his withdrawals weren't processed before he could reverse them .

sorry still think this is weird.

Casino managers in a 2 and 8 because someone is winning and asking our opinion as netent said all was ok and he didn't think it was.

Just feels off . Maybe just me.

Sorry you feel this way. There is nothing off here, slots aren't meant to pay out continuosl, that is what was weird. I do have lots of players winning everyday on loads of games, and there is nothing suspicious about that or bad. When 1 player is winning daily on just 1 game, whereas everyone else isn't - it is weird as I have to check these results daily.
Try to find a history of 1 player doubling up his balance daily on a single slot, for 70 days, please do show me this is usual, normal and frequent. Netent always say everything is ok, so also nothing strange about that

Also, the player lost just 10k, we're still down €48,000 on him altogether this year

Could you please also ask Netent how is possible the majority of players have RTP 0% day after day ? Oh wait, that is natural, right ? Correct.

Casino business doesn't generate wealth, but if they manage to draw many customers then long term will be in profit, anything else is mathematically impossible. They have to accept the risk short term. How to draw more players ? For once don't allow reversals, process the payments immediately, offer fair bonuses.

I see a hornets nest about to be stirred with that comment-- sorry but to say you can close whenever you want to makes me not want to play online. Who is to say I win a million in lottery and change my pattern of gambling because i can afford to play big bets. You dont know i won and then i win another 50 thousand from you go to cash out and boom nope closing acct you have a problem. So its opens up a whole new dialog and explanation on what you mean on closing a casino acct whenever they want to.

That reminds me of last year around Easter time I had just sold my house and normally being a 20/30 dollar depositor I decided I was going to have a splurge and make some larger deposits for a month or so, so I did advise the casino via email of my intentions and received a lovely email back wishing me luck , which turned out to be a great lucky month indeed. It was VS but they have decided to take it all back over the last 4 weeks, oh well take the good with the bad and am not ready to quite give up on them yet.

Not all the Casinos are the same. We offer free spins for every deposit of active customers, loyalty, birthdays, etc. New players, first time depositors, all get Free Spins.
On top of that we have 4-5 bonuses, sometimes relating to payment providers.
We also make sure we pay the prizes as soon as they're won, even if we have to end the promos at noon so we're all in the office and take care of it. But that's us

I think the competition in the UK has affected bonuses for the UK, so things are tougher here and also the unknown fate of bonuses and how far casinos will be able to profit on bonuses and promos

Do you have a UK license? If so, speak to the boss here, get the rep label and you might like to run some nice comps for us, your friends... perhaps not on divine fortune though lol

No, we don't have a UK license and accept players from Turkey only, but there are plans to get a UK license. I do a lot of Netent tournaments, deposit to get free spins and Yggdrasil Missions, with some regular Live Casino promos on Roulette, Blackjack and Casino Hold'em. I'm sure we could make some interesting promotions for both sides, I used to be a country manager and talking to players to give them what they want, whilst they understand what you also need was a good way to get a good rapport with players. I did post promos on here, back when I was in an accredited and well-liked Casino here, in the early 2010's

and it seems the posters on this thread were rooting for the casino....I don’t get it..
....a cm member last year was on an 8 month winning streak....playing the same games daily....

And if we didn’t know that withdrawals that are reversible....are reversible for one reason and one reason only....to give back to the casino.....

This thread and responses yes.....all weird....

It is off thats the whole point. Do you ever remember a casino manager starting a thread asking us if this is right. NO they would ask us hey how do u like this new game. They would ask us if we played there new xmas bonus promotion. They would comment or respond on complaints ir questions but not once would they ask us do you think this is right. First thing I looked at was to see if he was a newbie member and nope almost a year here. So Don't know if there is a hidden meaning behind this thread or if CM has built a reputation that now casino managers ask us for advice> LOL

OH the gaming world has changed!

I'm not sure it's so much as rooting for the casino; when we as players think a software or game is hinky we're quick to try to sort it it when it affects us..neagatively. There's nothing wrong with discussing with the casino if it's possibly hinky...just because it may benefit us. It should work both ways.
Rather than kicking him to the curb arbitrarily, it's nice a casino felt human enough to ask members' opinions in here. And he (IMO) came across as rather player-friendly here, listening to opinions and was very clear he had no intention of simply cutting the player off for winning.
It's rare casinos are open to dialogue like this. He thought something was off and asked. And to be fair - he asked as a MEMBER not in an official capacity so there's no reason not to try to understand the situation.
*shrugs* - I just read it as he was curious, asked the membership.

But he didnt come in in any official rep capacity or flog a casino by name - he asked on a player acct. his fellow members. I dont see anything insidious.

But this is the good part imo - more communication . It's goodthat people in charge of promos and looking into player activity etc can actually talk to us about what we think . Maybe then one day we can convince them that adding 10 free spins on starburst is NOT what we actually want !

I agree that he came anonymously but what was he going to do with our learned opinions we all say ooh that sounds weird. What next ? And as these withdrawals sat pending fortuitously for numerous reversals not sure its any casino I would particularly want to frequent.

Also the joy expressed when the player started losing stung a bit.

I can't see any of our regular reps starting this thread anonymously or not its just not the norm or within my comfort zone.

Wow, guys....just because I'm a casino manager that doesn't know everything about slots doesn't mean I cannot be upfront and honest. You can fantasize that I'm some crook all you want but I'm legit. I just don't play slots myself. I've been uploading Free Spins for 5 years and would rather put my money betting om Sports or at least Live Casino. Slots are not what I play, but it is my job to promote them. All I know is that I've never seen this luck on slots, and all the posts on here are always talking about how slots are even worse now, paying nothing back, people closing their accounts so to see someone winning like this was surprising.

I will admit you have more knowledge on slots due to playing them so much, I never do. Once I go home from work I never look at a casino or play slots, I do that at work :)

Sorry I made you all suspicious, but I don't care if Casinos win or lose, as long as I get my regular paycheck, I don't care what happens, but I just didn't believe Netent this was normal and came here for a 2nd opinion, as I did say, but since I work for a Casino, I'm probably crooked like the worst of them, so I couldn't possibly be telling the truth so there must be something else behind all this....ok

Well he did mention they are still down way overall by the player, and he didnt seem butt-hurt by it - I'd wager the joy was that there wasn't an apparent exploit and that he got the answers he was looking for - it was a good run and not a bug.
Not a fan of the reverse withdraws either, but I suppose that's a different conversation.

Just one more note too add. I suspect the main reason why he also might have kept reversing them is because they was taking far to long to get them processed? So I wonder how fast are your withdraws processed in?

If you have pending periods that is just not a casino I would ever ever play in. Pending periods are disgusting and they are even more disgusting when you have no lock or flush system as well.

The main reason some casinos have long pending periods is they hope they reverse them and that is also why some casinos do not have lock or flush options as well.

I can assure you if you are looking at getting a UKGC license if any of your terms are not in line with UKGC rules and guidelines you wont even be able to get one until you rewrite your terms for UK players.

And if you really are a casino manager you need to apply for a rep group. You can do so on the profile page. You then just need to send proof in to CM staff that you are who you say you are and you do work for the casino in question.

You have to keep in mind that every player has his or hers own play style, maybe the player is very rich and used to the way he played as was explained in the posts before, and only was trying to win a lot of money playing at the high stakes he was already used to because that is his own way of playing at Casinos

Why? There's plenty of people here in CM in the casino industry prefer, or by default, post as members, when they don't officially represent the casino

Something a Casino owner and Manager ,etc, should take in consideration also

I know that, but he could still keep his normal account!
and perhaps hes happy with the acct he has - who are you to suggest otherwise?
Maybe he prefers particiapting as a member.
Maybe his casino doesnt want accreditation or he rep status
Maybe the casino doesnt qualify.

Eesh. Why harangue the guy.
