Can not deposit at 32Red

    Has anyone else Problems to deposit at 32Red? I always get the Error Message:"Error -118 when loading url https://bank8.valueactive.eu/382/default.asp" if i open the Bank Tab.And no live chat anymore, instead a fxx Help Center....:rolleyes:

    There is live chat. You just have to dig a little deep to find them.

    Try to reload the client.

    If this doesn't work go to C:\Microgaming\Casino\32red\mupdb and delete the files in there.

    Start the client again and try once more.

    Ha...I just wish that 32Red had gone that way too with their support instead of backing a step.
    I have to call it that because there is no way I'm hunting for live chat if it's not some panic situation.

    I didn't mean you shouldn't try now. I just said what I should /will do:thumbsup:

    I think that they are running some updates this evening.

    No problem depositing as I did that and logged off till later but download client forced casino restart twice to 'Install Important updates'

    Not 100% but maybe this has something to do with it?

    I made a clean uninstall, deleted everything from 32red and reinstalled and now it works.
    I do not know what the problem is or was, but it is on my PC, not 32Red´s Problem.
