Sometimes in times of darkness a light shines through.

With providers like PlaynGo and Pragmatic shaping online slots in favour of the casino, by smothering the market with low RTP versions, you would be forgiven for considering another past time if you play in the UK.

Well wait! - Because through adversity comes greatness and there is one provider we should all be paying homage to (spending money on) that clearly thinks of the player when they are busy fighting the good fight in the RTP war:

Relax Gaming

'Book Of 99'

99% RTP

Coming soon to a casino near you. (May) :)

Yeah, totally agree, stuff these greedy providers and Casinos that make and run the lower rtp. The word needs to be spread so that the uneducated players become more aware of what is happening because they are the ones the industry relies on to keep playing, oblivious to the fact that they are being shafted.

Sure it's not the Book of 96 (withdrawals)?

Found a very interesting and, for me, encouraging article by Relax Gaming's Simon Hammon - Chief Product Officer.

Afraid I can link it as it links directly from the page to an affiliate site but here is an excerpt:

One area that sets us apart from the crowd is our support of fairness to players, in fact, we do not endorse the practice of variable RTPs. Several suppliers are offering games at multiple RTP levels, but this is not something that Relax believes in from an ethics, trust, enjoyment or delivery standpoint.

My Conclusion:

If there was ever a reason to stop playing PlaynGo, Pragmatic, Red Tiger etc and start spending on providers that clearly care for the player like Relax Gaming, this was it.

You can find the interview on the Relax Gaming site.

Max win only 5000X though! :p
Isnt the 5000x just for one spin, or is it actually capped at 5000x?
I mean, i think BOD also says "max win 5000x" but its just for a single spin.
Not that i have ever seen anyone get two fullscreens of old Rich.
:)

Max win means max win. On BoD as soon as you hit the max win if you still have spins left. it ends bonus there and then. Like it does on DoA 2 when you hit the 111,111X......

I suspect Relax gaming will be the same as BoD. This New Book of 99 though has wild reels too. Not sure if they are on all 5 reels or just middle 3 reels though.

EDIT: Furthermore - PlayNGo I think have made BoD with various caps. Some casinos can choose the max win. So some casinos might have chosen to allow a version that is capped at 10,000X. I saw some videos on YouTube where they won more than 5000X on BoD And it did not end the bonus. But I saw some videos where they did hit 5000X and they had X spins left and it ended the bonus........

I suspect the versions of BOD that carry on playing after the 5k cap may not be legit.

Im not going to lie, I missed the whole 96 withdrawal fiasco and wondered what people were going on about lol.
To sum up 96 withdrawals which they were stalling on which then resulted in 96 reversed withdrawals which then resulted on the punter taking the head staggers which then resulted on the punter getting banned, which then resulted on the OP making another cpl of accounts which also got binned.
Now ever few months he pops up for a few hrs until he gets another ban
Its all actually quite comical..

I also remember an award winning casino here saying a similar thing so i'll keep my sceptical hat on :p

Are we talking VS?

This is very different in that PlaynGo and Pragmatic enabled the casinos by touting their cheap wares in order to gain market share. The only losing side in this business practice being the player.

With Relax the casino's only choice is to offer or not. If you play Relax, 4 The Player, Yggdrasil (we need a list) the choice diminishes and the casino offer it because its popular.

Come on you dont need me to spell it out :) Tear yourself away from Reactoonz and support with your spend. Anything else is just letting the side down.

Intriguing, Relax already knock out some high RTP games with the likes of Marching Legions (98%) and Epic Joker (97%).

99% is a crazy high RTP for a slot and I commend them for producing it, although we have had the likes of Taxi Movida from Booming Games which had an RTP of 98.27%.

Ultimately it's up to players to support practices that are positive for them, chuck your money at the gimped RTP versions of PnG, NetEnt, Pragmatic etc and the lesson that both casinos and providers will take away from that is players are stupid and are happy to be taken for a ride.

I'll certainly be checking out this slot once it's released, thanks for the heads-up bamber, will be interesting to see which casinos take it! :)

Just to raise the stakes here, never mind 99%, I guarantee you 100% it will be one game excluded from bonus play....:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Never even seen someone get a full screen and a 4OAK for 1000x in the same bonus. Have seen 5000x plus a 100x for 3....

Tropica famously once had a (Rival) slot with a skill bonus round that could be taken to 99% RTP with good enough play, and they had it contributing 100% to a (apparently unbeatable.....) bonus :) (Not for very long after I'd beaten the bonus though.....)

Same goes for no limit city, offering up various rtps, the response from them was "client demand" well you don't see btg slots being reduced or blue print for that matter and they still get added for play, so all a slots provider needs to do is say "naw, I'm no going lower than 96%" if they all did it casinos would have no choice.

It would make zero business sense to make a product, your customers do not want.

The providers are also in this game to make money, so by bringing games out with variable RTP they are covering more base's = more profit.

Its no secret they are my favourite provider but i think if im asking Mr & Mrs P to give up Reactoonz i can give up KDSM.

If I was only to play providers who offer one version who am I looking at?

Relax
Yggdrasil
4 The Player
BTG ? (Was there not a rumour flying around about them offering lower rtp versions)
Playtech
Push? Decent slots IMO
Blueprint

More than enough to choose from. Can I lose my regular punt on DOA2 though? Now theres a question. Could swap for Razor shark potential maybe, MT2 is out performing all for me anyway at the minute.

What about Relax Gamings partners? Silver Bullet, Electric Elephant, Northern Lights to name a few?

LOL...I remember that, the 19th. hole golf slot or whatever it was.

Well, that just about sums my fucking luck up, doesn't it? I make an (in all likelihood correct) statement and within a few minutes, somebody does it for the first time in living memory and catches it on video, then posts it. Un-bastard-believable.
Yeah, his timing was impeccable.
ive never seen more than 5100xish either before that bonus.
