Morning all,
Sorry for the slow response I've not been in the best of health over the weekend, I blame the beef...
Right, some major things I need to reassure everyone of here.
Quickspin - originally not allowed under our Isle of Man license, there must be a defined time period between spins. I'm unsure of the Alderney position but I know we got our own game approved with this feature, so I'll get netent sorted.
Neteller/Skrill - just finished changing our Acquirer so that we can get these on board. We originally tried to do our own deal with these 2 but that didn't come off, so we're having to do what everyone else does and get them through an acquirer. Our previous one didn't have a relationship with them, so we changed. No easy task let me tell you, but worth it based on feedback from you guys over the last 6 months.
T&C's - we were originally a Bingo site and the T&C's do read as such. Being in Alderney means any changes to these terms must be agreed by them prior to updating the site. These form an integral part of our license so changing them is no easy or quick task. It's already in the works and they will read much more clearly soon, I promise.
Spam email - very concerned about this, please tell me what you're being sent and I'll get it checked. We have worked long and hard to get our senderscore to a point where we inbox and spamming people is the best way to ruin this hard work.
Excluded games - Dead or Alive is off site for the time being (it's still in the T&C's because we can't change these on the fly, as mentioned above). The other excluded games are also there for very good reason. Every operator I have worked for has their own reasons for excluding games or even removing them. Most of the time it is for commercial reasons. I genuinely wish I could explain this one since everyone would undoubtedly understand the decisions but I can't I'm afraid, sorry
Withdrawals - happy to fast track any withdrawals for CM members. This is a controlled facility at the moment since changing processing times for many thousands of players would be a serious task, but I'm happy to do it on an individual basis, just message me.
I think this is everything. I know there are issues but everyone is working hard to make things better. Being on a proprietary platform means we are constantly releasing new features and don't suffer from rigid dev windows like most operators so we'll fix things much quicker than anyone else, I can guarantee that.
Paul
