Looks like a good site but has very limited deposit/withdrawal options. Is BOGO going to introduce Neteller anytime soon? The limited options have put me off from depositing there. I would give them a shot if they introduced Neteller.

Cheers:)

Even rogue sites send out less promo emails then BGO. By far the site I get most emails from. Today I got two about the same offer.

Other then that and lack of NetEller, I like BGO. Good selection of games and their own game Jurassic Island is cool.

The SUB players here might not like this one. 200% SUB, BUT....

"Bonuses must be wagered at least 5x before any withdrawal request can be made" GREAT !!!

Ah, read further further down though...

slots = 25% contribution to WR

and a little further..

Where a deposit is made to trigger a bonus (reload bonus, first deposit bonus, etc) the wagering amount includes the triggering deposit as well as the bonus awarded.

So for slots that's 40x D+B

plus *Excluded Slots games are: Arctic Agents, Enchanted Unicorn, Monopoly Here & Now, Texas Tea, Western Frontier, Wheel of Fortune Triple Action Frenzy, Kings of Chicago, Dead or Alive, Reel Thunder, 5 Reel Drive, Bloodsuckers & Spring Break.

Unless I've read it wrong, that's 20 x D+B?

Yeah sorry 20x D+B which is equal to 30x B

the main point i was making though, were the slots which were exempted and the way the T&C are listed

5x WR, then it's 25% slots contribution, then reading further it's actually D+B on the SUB

That's because they were originally just a BinGO site - the 5 x WR applies to play on Bingo games. Obviously they would be insane to allow that on slots too!

Personally I think they should completely re-write the T&Cs to make is easier for casino players to understand.

Although I can understand why the higher RTP slots are excluded, I still don't like it. No other site feels the need to do it with DOA specifically.

I do like BGO as a site though. Their recent "The Boss" promotions have obviously been thought through and look fairly decent. I like the website overall, the wagering is easy to track although I have had a situation a couple of times where it's been taking a few hours to update the wagering (i.e the stakes are taking a few hours to be applied to the remaining wagering figure). I spoke to CS and they said it was down to site traffic at peak times.

Haven't played there for a few weeks so don't know if that is sorted now.

No withdrawal flushing and a semi-long pending period from what I remember too.

Turn right, then right. then right again
Giving them a try now.

Love the fact you can play the old Hype Gaming slots. Remember them from years ago? Really cool slots. I think they may have tinkered with the variance though as the bonus rounds don't seem to have the same potential. Lots of fun though....never thought I would see them again!

The excluded games are ridiculous I can see where they get DOA and Bloodsuckers (I like Bloodsuckers) but Spring Break? Why? As far I can tell its a re-skin of Agent Jane Blond and Thunderstruck. So 40X B sub with one of the highest paying slots (DOA) off the table makes it very hard to win there. Add limited deposit and withdraw options and I am not tempted yet.

Annoying details

Being from Denmark, there are a lot of slots that I am not allowed to play. There is no way of telling which ones, I have to load the game first. I would prefer not to see those slot games at all.
Deposit methods are limited, withdrawal time a bit long... Just annoying little things..

Quick spin

I simply can´t understand why they don´t have quickspin on their NetEnt-slots. This is the only casino I know that doesn´t have it and it´s very annoying

guys

they don't have DOA now even to play so no idea why that is on the excluded list. they must of just added a few more games like spring break as excluded. they were not excluded a few weeks back!

I love this casino tbh. but haven't played it much lately because they got rid of DOA.. I have asked the rep many times about neteller, but pauls hands might be tied regarding who makes the decisions....

as of withdrawl times. I usually pm paul, and he gets it flushed for me..the bonuses are 20x d/b..

no quick spin...

ive mentioned it a few times in the bgo thread that have popped up in the past and its one reason why i dont rush to play there,

in regards to

Although I can understand why the higher RTP slots are excluded, I still don't like it. No other site feels the need to do it with DOA specifically.

ive seen DOA spring up on the excluded and less wagering % on a few t+cs in various casinos, i really dont know why they bother as its a bank roll eater most of time anyway, and if i do happen to hit a monster win its not going to be my first port of call to do wagering on afterwards anyway, unlike somethig like bloodsuckers.

all terms and conditions like that do is make me play at the multitude of other casinos that still dont have such terms, and have a bit of faith in the factory rtp settings of their slots

Wow, yes I remember them!
I spent many an hour at Hype casino - and the original Gold Rock casino before it switched software 3 times and changed it's name to 21 Grand!
They used to have nice generous bonuses too - and I was actually life-time ahead when Hype shut down.

I've forgotten what the software is called now, but I knew some Bingo sites had some of those games (888 Bingo was one place I played them), but I didn't know BGO had any.

Finally, can you change your BLOODY avatar back!
For the last week or so I've been reading your posts and thinking it was someone else

I think this just demonstrates (as I posted earlier) that they were principally a Bingo site and are trying to get into the casino market; with the best will in the world, they don't really know what they are doing.
Hopefully they will come here and read what our members have to say and learn some valuable lessons.

I've come across 2 others so far - BoyleGames and Paddy Power. Its ULTRA annoying - I don't play slots without it.

I signed up at BGO but never played as I have the same gripes as others here:

1. They don't have Neteller
2. They don't have DOA (Can't find it here) - Have they returned it in all its Glory?
3. They don't have Quick Spin.

What are the payment times in any event?

Morning all,

Sorry for the slow response I've not been in the best of health over the weekend, I blame the beef...

Right, some major things I need to reassure everyone of here.

Quickspin - originally not allowed under our Isle of Man license, there must be a defined time period between spins. I'm unsure of the Alderney position but I know we got our own game approved with this feature, so I'll get netent sorted.

Neteller/Skrill - just finished changing our Acquirer so that we can get these on board. We originally tried to do our own deal with these 2 but that didn't come off, so we're having to do what everyone else does and get them through an acquirer. Our previous one didn't have a relationship with them, so we changed. No easy task let me tell you, but worth it based on feedback from you guys over the last 6 months.

T&C's - we were originally a Bingo site and the T&C's do read as such. Being in Alderney means any changes to these terms must be agreed by them prior to updating the site. These form an integral part of our license so changing them is no easy or quick task. It's already in the works and they will read much more clearly soon, I promise.

Spam email - very concerned about this, please tell me what you're being sent and I'll get it checked. We have worked long and hard to get our senderscore to a point where we inbox and spamming people is the best way to ruin this hard work.

Excluded games - Dead or Alive is off site for the time being (it's still in the T&C's because we can't change these on the fly, as mentioned above). The other excluded games are also there for very good reason. Every operator I have worked for has their own reasons for excluding games or even removing them. Most of the time it is for commercial reasons. I genuinely wish I could explain this one since everyone would undoubtedly understand the decisions but I can't I'm afraid, sorry :(

Withdrawals - happy to fast track any withdrawals for CM members. This is a controlled facility at the moment since changing processing times for many thousands of players would be a serious task, but I'm happy to do it on an individual basis, just message me.

I think this is everything. I know there are issues but everyone is working hard to make things better. Being on a proprietary platform means we are constantly releasing new features and don't suffer from rigid dev windows like most operators so we'll fix things much quicker than anyone else, I can guarantee that.

Good afternoon,

I tried BGO few times. First when registered last year. Then I was thinking to deposit with Skrill there, but support told me that they are just planning in future to add this payment method.
And second time last month when I had received "£5 Free from The Boss" and BGO website was redesigned.

But if really was not happy, because:
Wagering from £5 bonus was £250 (x50 times), but regarding BGO bonus terms wagering on slots is 25% from the stake, so it's just
becoming 200 times wagering for bonus :) I managed to wager £250 from £5 bonus, but later I got  because after ~80 minutes of play I got 29 times "Error code 211" and got disconnected from the game. (If you need I still keep all 29 screenshots with this errors). So I just flushed all bonus money with high stakes. :)

I had created support ticket and got reply from (AndrewC) 02/12/2014 02:05 PM

Thank you for your email.

We appreciate all feedback and suggestions so that we may continue to ensure we are offering the best product and service possible to our members. This will also allow us to constantly improve and update our software accordingly to suit our members’ requirements.

Also had sent CC of this email to bgobuddies, but they even not replied to me :) At the moment I'm not planning to play and deposit to BGO, nor to become an affiliate of BGO.

May I ask which game this was? We have a pretty solid infrastructure so this shouldn't be happening without good reason!

bgobuddies are the affiliate team, they won't be able to help you with support queries unfortunately. I'll take note of the WR comment, it was perhaps a little too high in hindsight, no point in giving people free money if they'll never be able to benefit from it, that's the whole point!

Cheers

Played at the weekend with a 150% beat the boss bonus and I managed playthrough and a withdrawal of £200.

Some good slots I had not played before.

Went on yesterday as I had not heard about withdrawal and it was still pending. Due to a death in family I was off work and reversed (something I never do) and boy I wish I didn't.

All MGS games were so full of lag and Netent was really slow. It was torturous and I had to leave my beloved TS 2 and try and find some games that would work.

This could actually be a good site if the pending was not so long.

All that lag really ruined my gaming and when and if it's fixed, I maybe back.

Hi Paul,

thank you for your reply!

The first error happened on Flowers slot (NetEnt), then all other errors was on IMMORTAL ROMANCE slot (Microgaming).
I know that bgobuddies are the affiliate team, thats why I had CC them email too and added to check BGO terms regarding x200 times wager.
