Could someone confirm I've got my sums right then....

If you sign up and take the max SUB, and ONLY want to play slots, then it's £100 deposit for a 200% bonus = £300

Wagering is x5, but slots only at 25% so wagering is effectively x20

Wagering is on deposit + bonus so £300x20= £6000

Is that right ?

Yes that is right. The confusion here arises because when you check the wr it shows as d+bx5 but this would only apply if you were playing bingo. As slots contribute 25% towards wagering you have to multiply the amount displayed by 4 to get the actual slots wr.This equates to a pretty standard d+bx20.
think i have got this right but please feel free to correct anyone if i have misinterpreted.

Spot on. For the majority of players it is 20x deposit + bonus. Like I say, the terms will be changed soon to be much clearer.

I'm going to get those games checked Favo, I know there were some site slowness issues the other day (hardware, blame the tools etc!) but that's not right. If you PM me your username I'll look into it. Same for you Jezebel!

Cheers
Paul

Well the VIP manager at BGO has a big thumbs up

He took control of an issue over at the casino at took complete ownership of the problem and dealt with it professionally and very fairly in my opinion...Excellent customer service on the back of somewhat 'shoddy' stuff before he got involved.

lol wow. Had about the worst run of my life.

This was the last chance I gave these software groups.

Good god. Had $250 total after the 250% bonus....... making mostly smallish bets.

Didnt hit a single thing at all.

gl to everyone else. This software aint for me

Is Neteller or Skrill available right now? And if not, when will they be an option?

No need to register until i can use one of them. When they got em i will try it.

Neteller should be mid April all going well! Skrill have some uber strict compliance which takes a bit longer to complete but they will hopefully also be ready in the same release

For me there are at the moment too many technical glitches to have fun on this site. Very often the reels need 30 seconds or more to stop. This happens at no other casino for me.
Another example: Todays promotion 5 freespins on wonky wabbits: Every slot can be opened, but wonky wabbits doesn´t end too load. Perhaps too many players for the bgo servers
The game selection and the promotions are nice, but they should invest some time ore money in the technical environment.

I gave this casino a go for a while, and was mainly unimpressed by the service. I made many large deposits with limited bonus offers so closed my account.

Would have been nice to have loyalty rewarded with some bonuses from time to time, especially when I normally deposit without them. Even an offer to try to keep my business when requesting my account to be closed for this reason. If they had I may have stayed with them longer. Never mind, just went back to my regular casinos who value their customers a little more, and offer their players a little something when having a bad run, or just for being regular depositors. I think more casino's have to realise that a small personal touch to service goes a long way to breeding loyalty.

I still think bgo should be accredited as they seem to be a legitimate organisation, but better casinos and service elsewhere for me. I wish them well.

I signed up here and had a bit of fun with the NetEnt slots, but the lack of a "Quick Spin" option meant I decamped to Microgaming and promptly lost the lot on Break Away (what a bastard of a slot that really is, why do I keep going back to it?!). It's just too painful to try to meet a 20xD+B WR on regular spins at low stakes. That's my only gripe with BGO.

I know your account is closed, but this situation could be a gem for me when training staff. Can you let me know your old username please?

Completely agree the personal touch is important and I do try to make myself available for any player, regardless of how much they play. I'm shocked you didn't get any bonuses, we're normally very fair!

Thx

Christ what a bad deposit that was, wagerd £900 on gonzo nothing more than £2 a stake, most on 1.60/80p, 45 mins later not a single bonus round, wont be back..

I've gotten some tasty bonus offers off BGO, but the limited deposit options makes it hard for me. I can't use cards as the merchant they use provides a gambling code which is blocked here, and the day i actually bought a Ukash coupon to try them out the site was so overloaded, and almost wouldnt load for me. So i used the Ukash another place :/

Its a good site, Not deposit in a while, It used to be xbingo, Now its turned in to a big site, Always getting bonus codes threw,

Just keeping the fire alive. Clearly deposit methods is a big issue and hopefully within the month we'll have this fixed.

Sadly can't do anything about the games being brutal :( I do like to consider myself a fair man though so always let me know when you've had a bad session and I'll see if I can do something to make things enjoyable again. We all know you win & lose when playing but when you get no value for money, we have a problem that needs to be fixed!

Paul

Thanks Paul. I have an account there and tried to deposit with my card but it wasn't accepted for some reason. Never had a problem with any other casino. Anyway Ukash is scarce where I am at so I won't be playing until you get Neteller.

Urgh not the kind of thing I want to hear! Could you PM me your username please? I'll explain the decline in more detail and see if we can get you playing.

Cheers

If you have a neteller mastercard then it does not work.

Hi all,

I just wanted to give an update on my previous comments on here regarding my experience at bgo.

I had an at length conversation with Paul regarding my concerns, and I was very impressed by what he had to say, and his commitment to customer satisfaction. After our discussion I decided to give bgo another chance purely based on Paul's service, and the fact he totally convinced me that he is really on side with the players, and will do all he can to strive for 100% customer satisfaction for all those who visit bgo.

Paul advised me that not only would he work on improving my experience whilst at bgo, but he would use my examples and suggestions to improve the experience for all current and future players. I won't go into the specifics as it was a long back and forth discussion, but the main concern related to the customer service at bgo, and Paul not only fixed the issue, but did enough to prove he is a guy who will bend over backwards for a customer, and make the necessary changes to make sure past mistakes are not repeated.

Paul single-handedly changed my mind about bgo and I have now returned thanks to him. Bgo can consider themselves very lucky to have him imo. Whilst bgo may have some teething problems as a newer enterprise, I can forgive those issues as they are generally technical problems that can be fixed with some time. Most importantly is service, and I can now safely recommend bgo to other players, as you can be assured that any issues you may have can be directed to Paul, and he is a guy that will really listen, and do all he can to rectify your concerns.

Paul is a welcome addition to the Casinomeister community, and as long as he remains with bgo, they will continue to get my business and recommendation.

Well done Paul.

Decided to give bgo a try and I was off to a good start, but in the end it was a bust out only £826 into my wagering target of £2940 ... The best slots to play were netent, no lag what so ever and decent wins, but no quick spin was a real let down. I was doing very well until the other half came home so I had to switch to mobile. My balance decreased dramatically after doing that, don't know if they play different to their desktop versions or what, but I probably wont return due to the fact that there is no quick spin and I cant use neteller, and that you also require verification that would cost me money + take two weeks for my bank to send.

I had trouble depositing £50 for some reason, so i deposited £49 instead and that worked with no issue. Just gutted that I didn't make it close to wagering.

Edit: So, you get free spins every day on starburst for a week or something like that, but if you don't make a desposit you would have to complete *ALL* wagering if you win anything on starburst. So id have to wager the remaining £2111 + the wagering of the free spins winnings... Not very good imo. Will be staying away from now on.
