Truth? Here is the truth.

Here are all the complaints due to the 'malfunction' and how the new owner has delt with them....even though it was the old owners ( Jon) debt and bad choices that this is all a result of.

Foo's lifetime deposits were 13,962, cashouts were 43,175 and they are still making payments acceptable to her on the entire amount due to the 'malfunction'.

Mayes4 is 950 deposits and 4,300 cashouts, and they are still making payments acceptable to her on the entire amount due to the 'malfunction'.

mayes 17 is 1,000 deposits and 12,674 cashouts and they are still making payments acceptable to her as above.

ledoux is 6,650 deposits and 11,009 cashouts and they are still making payments acceptable to her as above.

That leaves redisallisee (the court case that was never verifiied or confirmed....and it doesn't exist.)

All these issues have been satisfied.

This new owner has gone above and beyond excellent customer relations by making good on a debt that was someone elses.

~~lets not belittle this with the insignificant comments.

Now Ill go read that new PM you just sent me....but I wish you would go harass someone else.

WOULD ANY PAYING PLAYER THAT MUST DEPOSIT TO OR CANNOT PLAY UNTIL THEY PAY ACCEPT THIS ? NO, THEY WERE GIVEN NO OTHER CHOICES. COMEON, BE REAL. AS FOR RED, DO YOU ONCE AGAIN KNOW THIS TO BE FACT ?
There were so many other issues with this group red flags were waving everywhere. But we are to ACCEPT your so called truth ? NOT ~!

This is very amusing......... This winward site is on the rogue list.. A player has problems getting paid..gets totally disgusted,,posts in a WATCHDOG group about the bad experience..the members proceed to jump on said complainant because he is not willing to follow up and write to Malci to get due funds.
WHY is he even in the position to have to write to an affiliate rep. to get paid???? Why wasnt he paid when he was supposed to? I do beleive this person said he sent in all the documents as required! Why are you asking if he has ...or suggesting perhaps he has not complied with the rules? Are we talking about an upstanding, worthy, credible site that is without blemsh here? Can you say Rogue? Unless CM hands out evaluations without investigation or discernment, it seems to me that a players credibility and frustration with a "bad" site should be given a tad more value than to side with a johnny come lately affiliate member willing ( or so said) to make reparations. This is called damage control! And if a player chooses to not have his damage repaired and would rather submit a warning to other players that they may have to end up emailing a malci to get their money that is their right. Is a player supposed to accept long overdue payments after a series of emails and frustration and be thankful and then praise the site for paying? Why didnt they just pay in the first place? Why are some members of this watchdog group assuming the player was in the wrong or out of line for not gratefully accepting the save our azzes money offered finally? Have you thought that there must be some reason the site in question is on a rogue list? Lets see......... non-payout...tricky rules...deceptive practices...lack of communication... too many player complaints........outright fraud? Take your choice. Why are some people so easily distracted and soothed by offers to fix something that should not have been broken in the first place? Reparation is good..but honesty, fairness and a strong morally straight business code greatly reduces the need to "fix" a wrong, and apparently there have been enough wrongs at said site to hit rogue lists at more than one forum.

The rouge thing was before new management.
The new management has made every attempt to contact and look at any complaint that is within their ability to look at, including some past problems that were from before their time.

Your distaste for affiliates is disgusting. When a site does something you deem wrong, you are the first to run to the affiliates and demand they not back that site any longer.
When a site does something wonderful....you think its just awful to make the affiliates aware of it.
Not all affiliates are the big green monsters you would like people to believe they are......many are also honest and like to list reputable places.

The group from this thread has succeeded in showing that they are reputable.
I have seen the facts and proof of this first hand.

I am not sure what your motive is or why you continue to talk in circles.....but you really can not dispute what has been shown since the new management has been in place.

I just don't know what else I can say or show....but I think its enough.

Would you two get a room already. If anyone is trying to persuade players to play perhaps if anything else do get the facts. Do not post what others tell you happened or is happening. With the history they made for themselves which I might add was amazingly poor management and down right theft, could you not atleast wait awhile to past judgement on a not so reputable site than to jump on the band wagon of the many rouge sites that vow they have changed to yet be just as nasty as before. How many sites do you think get a bad reputation and send out those we changed management, we changed this & that to suck you back in ? Time and Time alone is the only way this will prove to be true if they are on the up & up then Time will show this. Let's remember that a whole lot of time went into their self destruction. Rome wasn't built overnight. It appears you are dead set to prove some folks wrong you will stop at nothing even if it means sending good honest people into a battlefield without knowing for absolute certain they won't be yet again blown to hell ~!
