This is the reply I received 2 weeks after the first reply saying that they hadn't received the documents. They still would not pay me even though they had received the documents 2 weeks earlier.

It is for breakstone to know/say why the offer from Malci was not taken up, but maybe he/She didn't want to hand over personal details to what looks like a "third party" who has just come on board offering to help.

This aside, it should not even be necessary for Malci to intervene were this a well run, and not rogued, outfit. Normal CS should have dealt with this effectively. The rep for a top notch operation should have little work put there way, and should be here for general discussion or feedback.

This is where the "Mondays only" policy falls down, if the CS are not efficient enough to get everything in place before the cut out, they have to anger the player by telling them that their minor delay means a major 7 day delay for the player. With other groups, a delay would just mean getting paid on the Tuesday, rather than the Monday. The vast majority of sites process payments 5 days a week, and some process at weekends.
Given that Winward is an internet based operation, I fail to see why they operate to the straitjacket of Monday only payment processing that one might find in a more backward pen & paper based organisation.

I fin it amusing that the people who are slagging me off have no idea what they are talking about. Bingo for Money or Bingo Hall is a rogue site with no intention of paying people. As I said I am not interested in dealing with this place any more. The fact of the matter is they made the mistake and still they said I would have to wait another week for the money, which I never got anyway. They said numerous emails to me with lies and different stories every time in regard to my payout. Once a site does this, I think the average peraon would have alarm bells ringing about the credibility of the site.
My purpose was to warn other people to find a more reputable site, and I find it amusing that the people in this forum who are slagging me off and taking the side of this rogue site must be well and truly affiliated with Bingo Hall or Winward Casino, who by the way is a rogued casino on this site.

Breakstone, firstly I have NEVER even heard of these sites before this thread. I think I may have visited one bingo site in my whole life!! It may have been one of these but I cant be certain. The only reason members are questioning you is because the rep has visited here and is making every attempt to straighten this out, but you are just ignoring her, as if she hasn't even posted in this thread! It seems you are upset about something and for some strange reason you are not contacting her? Why? Can you not understand why some of us would be wondering what your true motives are? Malci has showed determination to solve this and you are disregarding her. So, what's up with that?

Thanks to my friends here I got the opportunity to first be aware of this cool forum and second to help clear few issues here seems to be unsolved.

Few facts dear friends:
1. On Jan 2007 New owners bought the whole operation of Revenue Giants which includes the following brands: www.bingohall.com www.vicsbingo.com www.slotsvillage.com www.winwardcasino.com www.southbeachbingo.com www.bingoformoney.com and www.internetbingo.com all are successful sites with a very good reputation among players.
2. The new owners (which indeed also the owners of 21.com) decided to keep the business and its wining team as is with the best management and support teams led by Marco.
3. Jon D is not working with us anymore since Jan 2007, nor Roo or Scott both since July/Aug 2006, all great guys Im sure, shame but they are not working here.
4. Marco is one of the most honest reliable and truthful people, I am well known in the marketing business bingo/casino and I will not jeopardize it to be giving my word on something I am not 100% confident with and to post it on a forum. Anyone who describes him differently, truly dont know him nor talked to him, and it is shame to suggest bad things on a person without checking the facts first, it is not fair and not professional.
5. New Management decision is to pay all players from the Keno event/error down to the last penny. They are paid by installments which they happily agreed to it, in order to be fair both sides. Also for the record Marco was the one to emphasis to the new owners/executives of the importance of this to be resolved for the players best interest.

Did I miss any issue or concern, let me know Ill give you more facts..

And thanks for writing about us, bad or good.. if you wouldnt I wouldnt have known about this forum.
If something needed to be corrected I would also be happy to assist, we are open to suggestions and have a 24/7 support team that are happy to assist to any players concern.
