Dont play here. They are part of Bingo Hall which is Winnard Casino.

I won and played through. They say they only payout once a week on a Monday. I withdrew and my withdrawl was denied. That was 2 weeks ago. The reason they gave was that they needed photo Id, even though I only deposited by Neteller. I sent this and they said I would have to wait another week. I waited and then again not paid. They said they didnt get the ID, even though I had 2 emails from saying that they had received the ID. They said they had made a mistake, but still not paid, said I would have to wait another week. I told them to close my account. They should be in the rogue section. They then disabled my chat privilages in case I said anything to the other players. I am not going to be paid. Be Warned don't go there.

I promote them and some of the people I know that joined from me never ran into any trouble with them.

We have a strong policy against fraud and spamming or anything that may affect the security privacy of our players or the joy of our games, some chats are being disabled for many reason mostly if speaking bad language or if we receive complains on a specific player, also if you requested the account to be closed of course your chat will be disabled. Also due to recent events in the US it is best to identify the customer identity and to make sure s/he are a real player and not trying to damage for others, as unfortunately there are few people who are trying to do so, once we identify the player (most of our players we know very personally) then we all; players and Winward group feel more secure, so basically everyone benefit from this, also we give a bonus for the effort of sending those documents.

Bingo for money are liars and cons. The reply means nothing to me. They did not pay me in over 2 weeks , even though they received the scanned documents a week before the Monday pay day. They acknowledged that they had received the documents by email to me on 2 different occassions, and still they denied the payout. The emailed me and sent they had made a mistake and still they did not pay me. Don't be fooled by their smooth explanation. Its all rubbish
I can guarantee you if you win there, they will do everything they can to not pay people. Be warned. It's not worth the risk
. Play at a reputable bingo site.
Bingo for Money and Bingo Hall are not reputable.

This is a very blanket statement and acceptable and appropriate as an opinion only. I was merely commenting on the way you presented it as a knowledgeable and documented assertion. It is a clear bash of a site and as thus, should be followed up by at least one documented event that evokes credibility.

The point was T went out of his way to try to help the starter of this thread.

As far as the BPU, T has more than once posted in support of the opinions of some of it's louder members, especially at WOL.

I have no idea what you are talking about. BPU.Their replies to my emails have been liars and untruths. You can promote them all you like, the facts are it is now 3 weeks since I requested a payout and there blatent stalling and continuous lies are a good indication that the site is bad. I don't really care what you think. I am letting other players know that they didn't pay me and used lies and excuses. End of story

Better to have positive contact with the rep here Breakstone and get paid . If you have to forward her a copy to get paid then just do it .

She did say she will help you.So I say talk to her and lets all see what the turn out is.If it's not good for the player I will never do anything again for them.
Talk is cheap if you keep bad mouthing them and don't ignore Malci after the talk you have I say let us all know what is being done about your case.
You did'nt even join them from me and i'm making sure you are taken care of.
And I even emailed her again too.

Bingo T was just trying to help you out!! Whoa!! You just started an accusation in a forum and a rep came here to try and straighten it out! As Bingo T said, "Have you contacted them?" It doesn't sound like you have, and if your going to say bad things about a site then you should back it up, never mind acting in a f you manner. What the f@#%! is up man?! And I do care what Bingo thinks, he is knowledgeable and was trying to help for crying out loud.

I hear ya Silkprint time will tell.
If this is the only place I put a Complaint in you bet your Buttons I would be here afew times a day to see what's going on with it and You could not ask for a better person than Malci to help her out.
If you email Malci I do have to say she has to be the fastest to relpy to you.
She's not like most other places that let it run for afew days.She is on Top of things.
