    I wan 3266 eur and requested withdraw 12 days ago at first they asked me to send ID and bill , after few days I received email that my documents was approve . Than they asked me photo of credit card so after sending it I received email that it approved too. Then began the most interesting they asked me to send them notarized documents that I have successfully sent them,but that's not all, every day they ask me for new documents, even though I gave them all the documents, I have a suspicion that they do not want to pay me, help me please:. I also tried to contact their representative on the forum but unfortunately he visited a forum on September 11

    You say you contacted the Betway rep, you are supposed to give the rep 48 hours to get back to you(excluding weekends)

    If the rep is unable to help or you don't get an answer from them after waiting 48 hours, then it's time to PAB. Make sure you read the PAB FAQ

    Yes please do wait a few days after you contact a rep, Sounds abit dodgy keep asking for I.D? I bet there are busy with the change over from all the sites,

    Finally after 2 weeks they checked the "last" document, promised soon to withdraw my winnings

    irene: We do not pay the winnings, Christian. This is done from our Operations Department. I can advise from my side that the withdrawal is currently with our Operations Department. I will however request that you be notified as soon as we receive confirmation from them.

Please check out our Pitch a Bitch service and if that sounds like the way you want to proceed then we do ask that you please read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ thoroughly. It's not as daunting as it looks and the FAQ does detail what you can expect from us and what we expect from you throughout the PAB process. I repeat: submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

    As Max suggests, it's now time to PAB. This is clearly not a normal situation of a first payment taking longer than expected due to the verification procedures, which you seem to have passed OK.

    A PAB is by far the best way to get help over this.


    There should also be a casino rep for Betway on the forum, and if the PAB form looks daunting, it's well worth giving them one last chance by contacting the Betway rep about this whilst you look into making a PAB. It may be that the rep solves the problem before you need to submit your PAB, even though CS couldn't seem to get a grip on what the problem was.
