Betsson is not paying my cashout

Oh yes strange there isnt even a feature to be able to message the rep, its gone.

I assume Henna just took over the account that you cant message because there isnt anything else listed and on the accredite page there isnt a rep listed there either

I reported the post so one of the admins will see it and flag them here

To whom did you send your PMs? I'm happy to look into this for you but I need to know who we're talking about here.

there is no Henna in the members list ? did you find her.
sure does look like they dont have any rep.
 
Yeah, seems Halvor (previous rep) left and Henna (new rep?) never stepped up. As I've said in Halvor's "Goodbye" thread Bryan has been alerted but it might take a few days for him to see that and respond.

FWIW this may be a simple case of Bryan not having had a chance to process the new rep's credentials, Don't know. We'll have to wait for Bryan's return to know for sure.

I've emailed Henna to see if she is around and is ready to accept PMS, etc.
 
Update: did hear back from Henna, seems she's real and ready to accept player issues. Still need to determine what forum presence we can expect. Will post further updates as they become available.
