Betsafe won't verify account. Delay tactics?

@Casinomeister Hello anyone who reads, from your experience, is SOW/SOF the last stage of verification ? I am starting to think I'll never get my money from Betsafe at this point :\ live chat can't give me any update.
Any information is welcomed, I just want to know if after SOW/SOF casinos add another obstacle/delay or its finally over.
Thank you
J.F.

Just sent my proof of source of funding via email (can't send documents on website because my account is "verified") , and via casinomeister PM to betsson rep. Pierre. I hope this makes them go "oh this guy is actually telling the truth" and then unlock my money..

I am a little curious here.
You mentionned being a student and that you wanted to gamble 500$ right? Did you really deposit 500$ in one single transaction? Sow/Sof are a big pile of crap justified with lies and bs. That being said, depositing 500$ from a student loan while being unemployed sounds very problematic and irresponsible. Even if its done in numerous transactions. The casino couldnt care less but will stall your payment 100% of the time if it represents your financial situation. You will get paid but maybe you should consider not doing that? How is the casino suppose to tell the authority you are fine with your gambling activities if you dont even work.

For sure not, but one difference is that casinos are expected to know their customers and that they are playing within their means (and budget). Without knowing anything about you, it just can be something to ask from student that how you fund deposit of $500 and once you provide them proof of how deposit is funded, they are ok to pay your winnings.

Casinos also unfortunately can't take just players word but they are obligated to show with supporting documents that we did check this player SOW and can discharge our concerns and pay these winnings.

Having little pops at members isn't going to solve your problem, especially when what they are saying is right. You told the casino you weren't working, and if you have deposited quite a lot in a short period, then that will cause concerns with them, both from a responsible gambling perspective and money laundering. As much as @hhhelllo doesn't know where you get the money, nor do the casino and thats what they are checking now. It's the weekend so I expect you will get your response tomorrow.
On the upside, if they think there are reasons to suspect RG issues, then they should either pay your winnings and close your account, or refund your deposits and close the account, and as they are the same, you should get paid at some point. If they accept your financial situation is ok, then they will pay and leave you account open.

I thought it was funny to offer an offshore casino pictures of your school books as proof to justify the fact that your only incoming funds are student loans and bank transfers from your family. I don’t care about it. You could sell your own kidney to afford to gamble on a rainy day and I would be fine with it.
I was only trying to explain possible issues related to your withdrawal if you don’t pay taxes or work for your money. Casinos don’t care about it but getting fined for not handling responsible gambling with basic standards is a possibility with an MGA liscense. Maltese mafia gotta eat.
Next time you want to verify an account at a bml casino, ask the support agent to open numerous slots to be able to upload more than one document at once. Unless it’s too smart for you.

SOW for 500$, really?!
WOW for 500$ SOW request....

Narco cartels must turn to students for money laundering 500$ *1000000 students - 500 million USD...

Goodluck.

Or maybe you don't understand the rules?
This is the exact type of case (from whats been posted) where RG and AML checks should be done.

If I ever return to online gambling, I will only accept SOW requests if I have won $1.000,000 or more for a $500 deposit. This is intrusive nonsense that has nothing to do with real money laundering (CASH). It's just a way for casinos to keep their bank company accounts topped up.

In a nutshell, it's utter nonsense.

In business, a forced rule is referred to as blackmail.

He was a high-ranking EU official; by the way, the old boy is an AMATIC shareholder (and one more company) and has a large stake in a number of land-based casinos throughout Europe, not just EU - Europe as continent. It's also one of the people who pushed through these nonsense online casino laws (example: SOW) all over Europe. His way of work it's referred to as lobby shit politics you will belive in until death or until new boy appears to represent his/her/their own interests in that business branch.

(oh suprise he is still on high position - EU-Commissioner for Budget and Administration)

Or you will not belive?!

Whatever, you can rant all you like but the casinos have to follow the rules that are in place, which is what they are doing.
There's nothing to say it's an AML request either, in fact I would think it's more like an RG issue.
Plus, a million dollar win from a 500 dollar deposit shouldn't trigger a SOW.
