Betsafe won't verify account. Delay tactics?

I have been trying to verify my account for a very long time with Betsafe(Betsson). I sent every document requested as of today and they still don't let me withdraw...
I just want my money this is sad... A casino makes millions but how ? Is it by locking every winner's money and make them unable to verify and withdraw I don't understand. At this point in my life I just need someone to help me put an end to this weeks long delay.

By the way - I have edited your thread title from typos and made it more succinct. It would help if you'd go more into detail. And are you sure you want to keep your user name? It seems a bit childish to me, especially since we have a rep here who would surely like to help. But if you are taking the piss with a user name like yours, why should they help you?

Again, please let us know what dates you had submitted your docs, what was submitted, and what was the casino support response. I am sure that something is amiss - Betsafe is an outstanding casino and does not implement stall tactics.

Thank you they just verified my account finally today and I wish it is true 100%. I hope they finally accept my withdrawal. :) If I can change my username then please help me change it if you have time. My withdrawal should take 24 hours to get approved or declined I think ! Hoping for the best right now. VERIFIED.PNG

I can only change my email not Username. Of course you can think the name is childish but I didn't think long enough. My bad.

Only Senior members and above can change user names in their account settings. But that is not the topic here at hand. :D

So back to the OP's issue - please let us know what dates you had submitted your docs, what was submitted, and what was the casino support response. Thanks!

Hello,
my account ''looks'' verified but yet my withdrawals still won't go through and I cant play casino neither. I submitted my first documents around June 27th I believe. Since the end of June and start of July I would say I sent in total :
driver's license,
proof of address and residence,
proof of payment method ownership,
proof of payments,
bank account statements,
credit card statements,
specimen cheque.
Since you can only upload to Betsafe 1 document at a time it was tricky for me. I finally got my account ''verified'' yet I can't do anything more than I could 1 week ago on my account ! :(
I would attach all proof here but there is a lot of sensitive information I could blur out maybe if you want it.
It is in french so maybe they are having more problem understanding me and my documents.

So I tried bank transfer yesterday it didn't work even if I fill out everything.
Today I try bank transfer+visa withdraw and maybe at least one will work if I'm lucky ?
I try to speak with live chat but not much luck ..

I got verified July 7th but I can't play money and I cant touch my money either so far. I try to withdraw but it gets declined every time. It is pretty sad! I talk to live chat about it but still nothing changed it is not easy to get even just my initial deposit of June back in my bank account!

It looks like they might accept the withdraw from Betsafe to my bank account, I'll check tomorow if I have issues again.

I contacted live chat today and they said they are not able to process my withdrawal until they receive my answer to this message.
As I said in my reply by email this morning and also on live chat:
I get my money from studying. So yes I am not working at the moment, I am a student. Nothing about my situation is concerning. Betsafe let me withdraw !!

It's not forbidden, but it's frowned upon, you have posted pretty much the same thing on 3-4 threads at roughly the same time. Apart from anything else, with you already having a thread about your issues, you should want to keep all the replies in one place so it's easier for you to keep track of them.
In that case you just need to wait for a reply from them.

24 hours after I sent my reply via email still had no answer so I contacted livechat 12 hours ago/30 mins ago and they are still ''looking into it''. Theres nothing to look at I am just a student in summertime who wanted to gamble 500$ and won 500$ now trying to withdraw money thats it theres no money laundering at play. I even offered to send a picture with all my school books and proof but they declined ??
I don't know what to do at this point, some people say they had no problem with Betsson but I don't know who to trust.
On the website it says email reply 30-60 min.

Now all I can do is wait (tomorow it will be 2 weeks trying to withdraw) :drink::drink:
