Do they offer any Law classes there at school...maybe you could ask one of the professors about the UIGEA Law or the one I listed above...

Maybe you should be concentrating on trying to actually learn something while you are there...there will always be plenty of time to gamble once you graduate...just a thought...

FWIW, Indian reservations are 18+, that's why you can go there and gamble.
