Resolved BeTheDealer / CVGaming not paying

Have you tried calling them?

There's only one toll-free number, and it's USA. I'm not sure if you can get to that via overseas or not..

+1 877 272 8235

That's for the casino itself, not sure if they can tell you how to get in contact with affilishare or not. They don't even have a phone number listed on their website.

FWIW, affilishare.com is registered via proxy, so good luck finding out who they really are.

this post appears only in "todays posts" and not in "new posts" is it a bug?

Sorry, missed your question when you posted it.

"New posts" means posts you haven't seen yet. Since you posted it, you've obviously seen it so ... no, I'm pretty sure that's the way it's supposed to work.

As to your delayed payment do keep us posted on that. If things drag on too much longer you might want to consider the Pitch-A-Bitch option: no charge, friendly service, great results! See the Past PABs pages for an idea of the stuff we've handled in the past.

BeTheDealer / CV Gaming stall tactics!!

Now, if they'll only respond to the allegations regarding them having house players.
people, i read in the 'Warnings' section that BETHEDEALER doesnt pay anymore..they've been using stall tactics to a vip player lately..Be warned!

Affilishare payments problem

I advertise them from beginning of this year but after first payment which I received in July 2009 I did not receive my other affiliate earnings. I'm in contact with my affiliate representative, but even though they promise to send my earnings every month, I did not receive them until now. In my case it is really a big amount.
Does anyone have a problem with their affiliate payments now? Does anyone resolved this problem?

Just to say that it's still going on. They owe me money and won't pay out and don't answer e-mails. As for speaking to anyone there, forget it, the 0800 number they advertise just rings out.

Stay away from them! They are still operating therefore still taking money but be warned, you won't get it back.

I feel sorry for all players who signs up an BeTheDealer and gets poorly treated. But I cannot say that I feel the same way for affiliates who promote the casino.

If a casino is on just about every online casino blacklist on the internet and you are able to find numerous complaint threads by typing the casino's name in the search engines AND you still go ahead and promote them, then you have lost my sympathy. You cannot honestly be surprised you get screwed by them as well, can you?

I played at this casino since february I made some winnings and have 30.000 in my account just now, when I join the tables I see people playing so tha't mmeans that the casino is still operative? I emailed them frequently and I must say that they do answer my email but the standard response is something like: we have difficulties making payments at this moment we will inform you when this is solved but it is more then a half year now:(

Is this the same that they are saying to you or do they have other excusses, and isn't there anything we can do? I contacted their licensing commission curacou egaming some times but they aren't responsing at all, has somebody reached them maybe?

I hope that someone can help me but I am having not much believe in it:(

regards

BTW, not sure what you are saying here. What do you mean by promote them? If you mean why did I deposit money, the obviously it's because I didn't read about their problems beforehand.

I am also owed a substantial amount, since more than a year. Before they were rogued. The excuses and stalling tactics you are getting is the same sort of replies I got, when I enquired about payment.

I contacted the licensing body about half a year ago, when I saw they were still around, taking deposits and having a valid license. Basically asking them to consider their endorsement of an operation, I think is more in the business of theft than gambling at this point. Did not get a response, and nothing has happened.

It is frustrating to see they are still in operation and taking deposits, when they have no ability or willingness, whichever it may be, to pay their players.

Any response from this Moshe Cohen ?

Hello everybody, No I didn't recieve any reaction from mr. cohen... did you maybe ?

Witch is also too bad is that the other emloyés aren't answering their emails anymore aswell... can I maybe ask you with witch people their you have contact? The most of the time i had contact with Elizabeth kempter, Mary wesley sometimes....

I also must say that the support function is most of the time offline... but I don't think that this lady laura visser, it is always laura visser i think she's the only one working on support... I don't think that she knows much about the things going on with this casino...

I have not tried contacting Mr. Cohen. And to be honest I would be very surprised if you had gotten a response. I am sure he is well aware of the problems. But of course it can't hurt giving it a try.

I was in contact with Elizabeth Kempter as well, but it is a long time ago. After many broken promises, I filed a PAB, and thanks to a stellar effort from Max D, I did receive some of my funds. Unfortunately sometime around the new year payments dried up, they stopped communication with MaxD and they ended up in the rogue pit..

Since I have just been clinging to a slim hope that they would some day turn things around and decide to pay their players. But I haven't had communication with them. I did contact the curacau gaming commission, to at least try and prevent others from being cheated, but they don't seem to care one bit.

There was a post some time ago, that they had even begun stiffing their employees. That could explain why there is only one person working support.. I am sorry for being so pessimistic, but unfortunately I do think things are looking very bleak indeed.

This morning I spoke to mrs Laura visser of support again, she told me that she were Ill for some time that explained why support couldn't be reached...

Two payout request where canceled and I asked her why but she told me that i have to ask accounts, mrs kempter, but well she isn't answering as you all might know.... I did recieve another email adress from laura, it is [email protected]

I give it a try you never know, I will revert to you when there is more news.

have a nice weekend !

Dear friends,

I have managed to get the phone number of this Moshe Cohen guy.... Not the most friendly guy I have ever talked to but I think I'm going to call him a lot the coming time..

If you are interested to do the same his number is:

Tel; 00972544238018

Hello everybody,

this afternoon I spoke to mr Cohen for some time. He did admit that he is/was one of the shareholders of the bethedealer casino. He did also admit that the casino has gone bankrupt in februari of this year, they are only taking deposits now but arn't going to cash out anymore.

so tell it to anybody you know not to play at this casino because all you c an do is lose, mr Cohen did admit that it is a sad story but he hasn't got any sollutions. Well there is a little bit hope: when they can sell this casino to a new owner it might get back to the old days but for now there is not very much to hope about.

wish you all of the luck at other places

well that's the sad reality at the moment I think. Mr cohen did tell me that there was not many traffic at the website of software at the moment but I think that every dollar deposit at this dumb is a wasted one.

He wasn't very sorry for the players but more sorry for himself because he had lost a lot of money investing in the casino ... but that serves him right I think....
