For those that aren't aware - Kindred (Unibet) have added a Minimum Activity Quota to their contract today.....

TP
Yes, and possibly Bet-at (Bringit) too? I have a query in with their rep at the moment as I have positive earnings and nothing showing in my balance, along with some changes to the info bar underneath which had some new abbreviations added, such as 'NDP 1-5' which is insinuating no payment unless at least one NDP? Under Slotty Vegas it has 0-6, so possibly I've missed a minimum quota having been added there? I am still awaiting an explanation from their rep.

These are EXACTLY the types of changes we should all be working together to prevent. I'm hoping to find a lot more aff email addresses in my inbox in the near future.

Let me know what you get back from BringIt.

Will do, but something's definitely amiss.

Well the Aff manager at Betat told me to stop promoting them for the moment as they have an audit going on with regards Hybrid plans (I am on a hybrid plan with them). Not sure what it is all about other than that she said I shouldn't be too concerned.

Well I'm on RS and something's up. I've also noticed a few of the Slotty Vegas banners have been redirected to Bet-at...... Maybe they're running that one down, as Guts are with Betspin?

Under my rev share plan I see

Product Brand Source Threshold Criteria Type Percentage
Casino All All 0 - 10 No of New Active Customers N/A 0.00%
Casino All All 10 - 25 No of New Active Customers N/A 10.00%
Casino All All 25 - 50 No of New Active Customers N/A 15.00%
Casino All All 50 - 9999 No of New Active Customers N/A 20.00%
Casino All All €0.00 - €5,000.00 Net Revenue N/A 15.00%
Casino All All €20,000.00 - €999,999.00 Net Revenue N/A 25.00%
Casino All All €5,000.00 - €20,000.00 Net Revenue N/A 20.00%

Which suggests to me, under 10 new active customers will result in 0.00%

But the 0-5,000 net rev contradicts that as I read it that you still get 15% commission? Confused dot com here.

I agree, however I'm sure there wasn't a 15% band when I signed up either.
Maybe we should start another thread rather than clutter this one up with it, and maybe get the rep to comment?

There wasn't. This is why I am investigating the potentially surreptitious changes.
I have been PM'ing him trying to do so - nada aside from he's waiting for them to get back to him, a week or more.
I'll leave it until I hear something.

It doesn't take a decent affiliate manager a week to reply, especially to someone else in the same company, sounds like stalling tactics to me. I am 100% sure I haven't had any email telling me of these changes though.
I'll ask Bryan to move the posts from this one on this subject to a new thread and ask him to get the rep to comment :)

I already got in touch with Bryan a week ago, he's noticed some variations too.

But I agree, maybe a different thread as although this was originally intended as a one-post observation in the context of thePOGG's Union idea (and as he said a glowing example of why it's needed!) it has diverted too much from the OP thread. Apologies.

Hey,

I'm not with the business any longer. I've always intended to retire and sell out by the time i hit 36, and that's in few months :)

Accordingly, business has been sold last year and I've left the company as CEO.

That said, I know a few things:

1. Jorge, to my knowledge, is still head of marketing there and there is no way the guy would retroactively sean in any 0% band in there. Someone might have made a mistake when setting up the tiers if there is new management or new staff. IF there was a calculation mistake, im confident that while he is there - even if it has to be done manually, he'll do the right thing and then some. I'll stake my retirement fund on it. :)

2. I've myself set up 0 NDPs down to 15% and from 1-5 at 25% probably 18 months ago. When it was affected it was affected on new customers only and not retroactively and when it was applied t was applied to affiliates that were on standard rev share plan and not any custom arrangements. This was communicated to affected affiliates.

Reading the thread I can imagine the changes and silence must be stressful. I have contacts in the biz and I'll find out whats up and make sure someone pokes their head in here and lets you guys know whats happening.

Best, Igs

Bryan, if you could remove my ties with the brands on your sites that would be great. I'd like to keep my account here though, I still <3 the community even if I'm out of the industry until I poke my head in again.

Things are not looking great here.

They haven't paid commissions for February at all stating that they were being 'Audited'. The Affiliate Manager said that payments would be effected in the 'coming days' (this was towards the end of March) and also assured me that it would not be paid with March commissions. Now both Feb and March are due and nothing has been paid.

Made contact today and was told we would be paid in the 'coming days' and that they were still being 'Audited' - They won't commit to any date either. They say that the 'Auditors' must release the funds for them to go on and fund their wallets in order to pay.

To top this off, I noticed that they have removed Big Time Gaming slots from their sites for a few weeks now. They don't even list them as a software provider. Does Any one have any clue whats happening with this group?

Are players even being paid here?

Nate

I noticed that Danger High Voltage is available at Betat when you search for it, but no Bonanza.

I played there last month and did get paid OK so I don't think there are any concerns there.

My March payment still sits pending, but it is only the 5th April so not too concerned about that for the moment.

Still can't promote them on request of my affiliate manager because of this audit.

There is a also contrary statistics in the account, if you look under 'campaigns' with NDP's and no deposits, or deposits not matching the totals. I'm going to remove them now as a precautionary measure as IMO something is badly amiss here at the moment.

Well, the only response to this thread is from their ex-CEO - trying to put out a fire in lieu of their reps. No one has made a peep either through here or via an email.

I am redirecting their links to their competitors, and their Accreditation status is in jeopardy.

We've just informed them that we will be changing their status due to non-payment of affs, a stats issue and a lack of transparency about regarding who their new owners are. I've already had a couple of sources indicate who they are and if these reports are accurate I'd be far from happy.

If you are an affiliate for BringIt I'd really appreciate you getting in contact - I've already identified the same issue with aff stats with multiple affs. It's been explained away with regard to one affiliate as 'an error when they changed the affs payment plan a few months ago'. However, the other affs have not had a change in payment plan and we're seeing the same patterns emerge.

Just to bump this up again:

Betat reps are not responding to queries of non - payment and when they last did, they did not commit to any date and did not give any assurances of resolution in a timely manner. I would really be concerned for their players here too. They are claiming to be under audit but several individuals have indicated this is a fabrication of the truth and it is claimed they do not have money to pay their affiliates.

Ofcourse, all the information we have received over the issue could have been put to bed if they simply decide to engage their partners or pay commissions due from FEBRUARY already. With the silence from their end and the claimed 'Audits' we can only assume that the information coming through is perhaps partially or fully true.

Funnily enough I heard that too, but didn't want to post it as I don't know the person well enough who told me to be confident about what he said.
However, I do think they should be removed from the accredited list and a warning to players maybe put on the review for now until, at the very least, a rep can be bothered to reply.

Well, I did get an e-mail from somebody who's obviously seen this issue as I never contacted that person. They admitted my stats were wrong and offered Skype addy to me etc. As I have an ongoing official complaint I won't go into further details other than IMO this lot, casino and aff. programme (if it's because the casino hasn't paid them to pay us) have gone seriously rotten and the alleged new owners may not be those whom you are led to believe.

Well, so far I have asked three separate individuals in the company about the new owners - no reply. I know it is Sunday, but I hope by tomorrow this will be settled. This should not be an incredible task to perform.

In order to remain Accredited - I need to know the ownership. But this is a separate issue RE this thread.

What I have been given are screenshots of the backend of my Bringit account which explain the discrepancies in the Netrefer account. I would have hoped that the rep would have jumped into this thread and put out the fire.

The bottom line is that this whole episode has been handled badly - excruciatingly bad. The lack of responses just blows my mind.

I'm just off a Skype chat with the former owner who has become involved to help with the affiliate issues.

My understanding at the present time is that there have been changes made to the way data was reported towards then end of last year. This may have resulted in some errors and this is being investigated right now. If errors are confirmed - I suspect they may be - a statement is going to be issued. Before that happens though they need time to fully audit their systems. Better to catch everything in one go than have a shot gun spread of statements if multiple issues are found.

As with Bryan I'm very keen to get a statement with regard to who actually owns this company right now, but that will be dealt with separately. For the time being I'm happy to see some progress on the affiliate stat issues as a beginning to managing this situation.
