Betat/Slotty Vegas ownership questions

It is with a hefty amount of disappointment that I have to roll back on the above statement.

Throughout this very extended dialogue, the NRR reps have contested that their new company name - Max Ent Limited - was just coincidentally close to the MaxBet name and where this had aligned with other factors that indicated any connection between the properties associated with VulkanBet and the NRR properties this was also simply coincidence. Plausible explanations were given for those potential coincidences.

I have been contacted by someone who directed me to this:

VulkanBet-Max-Entertainment.jpg

So now we have a situation where the NRR company changed name to "Max Ent Limited" and before the close of the year Vulkan Bet change their ownership details to "Max Entertainment Limited".

While there is a very slight difference in the names being used, in my opinion it is beyond coincidence at this juncture to conclude that VulkanBet just happen to have chosen a very similar company name to switch to. Beyond that though, it seems that Max Ent Limited regularly refer to themselves as "Max Entertainment":

And this one show the LinkedIn page of our main contact with this group throughout this conversation:

I'm sure many here can work out who the above is likely to be, but I don't like identifying individuals in association with this type of thing (they are after all usually just employees doing what they're paid to do to earn a living) and the purpose of the above is to show the 'Max Entertainment' branding being used. As such I've removed the photo and name.

Even in the best possible case scenario - that being that in the time between my previous conversations with the company reps and now, the former NRR Entertaiment has acquired VulkanBet (and what a spectacularly poor decision that would have been given what had already happened, going a long way towards validating the very things they claimed to be false) - imo there's no way this has all come to pass in the time between then and now with no-one in the know back when those conversations occurred.

I simply don't believe in coincidences this large and as such my conclusion has to be that those people I've spoken to have been dishonest in their communications and have worked to specifically cover-up the fact that these groups are in fact connected. This is all my opinion and I leave it open to the readers of the forum to reach their own conclusions based on what I've posted.

We will be dropping the former NRR properties immediately following this post.

TP

Well, we said it all along and now it looks like the chickens are coming home to roost!

Thanks for posting and for the research TP.

Think you’ve completely misinterpreted that ,the point being made was how can someone who holds a management position in betat/slotty tell you who owns it they may not know just the same as everyone posting on here difference being if they state something that isn’t true THEY can get into trouble

In which case they can't say it isn't someone either, which they have done. So by stating the owner is not xxxx they must know who the owner is to be abe to state that as fact.

I must say it is very disappointing reading some of the comments here. So much is said based on complete misinformation and/or pure fabrication that I wouldn’t even know where to begin. No matter what we say in here, it will always be met with the usual pitchfork yielding backlash that has all but become the standard response, so Ill just leave my comments here and you’re free to take them as you wish.

1. Vulkanbet.com - We have recently reached an agreement with Trustly to launch their no registration product for the German market in the coming months. Global Innovations is a company who own(ed) Vulkanbet.com(a German facing brand and completely unconnected to the hundreds of other “Vulkans” online), and we took the opportunity to acquire it for our new Trustly product which will be converted into a German facing No Registration casino in the near future. Its incredible to read comments about how the eagle eyed in here are noticing anomalies in the how certain games look, raising suspicion that they are fake. They are not fake, and if there are any doubts whatsoever about the integrity of the games on this brand, they should be raised with myself, Netent, MG, Play n Go, and the like, as well as relevant regulators if they require any peace of mind. Baseless accusations do nothing but raise suspicion for no reason. There’s no shortage of “Vulkan” brands online, and if one of these brands is deemed a rogue operation, it certainly does not mean that all should be unfairly accused of wrongdoing in the same manner.

2. New Owners – The CEO informs me that the offer is still on the table for Bryan or whoever feels the need to come by to pay a visit themselves. I personally have never met the owner, although as part of the upper management here, I have seen nothing but good things come about recently compared to my previous seven years employed in this company.

3. Improvements – Since the takeover last year we are indeed seeing rapid growth, with a large increase in provider content, workforce, new markets, as well as new websites and such being released in January. A huge difference compared to progress from previous years. All the KPIs being set out to staff are focused around building an excellent, honest product focusing on usability. Staff interests are heavily linked to customer satisfaction and retention rates.

4. Self Exclusion Fraud – As also stated by other operators here, self-exclusion fraud is rife within the UK gambling market. It is almost comical to find persons on this very thread pointing fingers when they fit the perfect profile of your standard SE-Fraudster. As we stated previously, if you feel you have a case, simply raise it with the ADR. Threatening to go public in an attempt to twist the arm of the Casino will unfortunately not get you far. We take problem gambling seriously and what we will not allow ourselves to do is encourage the exploitation of self-exclusion systems designed to help those with genuine gambling problems.

5. CM Presence – It has been both enjoyable as it was frustrating representing in Casinomeister, and I will certainly not like to retract the opportunity for genuine players to reach out to the management in the event of their having issues which they would like to bring to our attention. My private message remains open to any players who would like to contact me if they need any assistance. I’ll be peacefully bowing out of the public forum as I honestly do not have the time to keep up this frustrating to and fro where I am continuously forced into comment on subjective speculation and misinformation.

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all very happy holidays, and a great new year ahead.

Thank you,

Karl

So yes or no - you have nothing to do whatsoever with this Vulkan brand or any of its connected companies?
Vulkan24 Club ☠️ | Fake Novomatic Slots | Casinomeister's Rogue Pit

Those were cheating games confirmed by Novomatic by the way.

No Bryan, we have absolutely nothing to do with them. To my knowledge, that brand belongs to Playson group. There's agreements with loads of genuine game providers on the brand(vulkanbet.com), which would certainly not have been possible should this brand have been implicated in the Novomatic case..

Vulkan was a large network of casinos in Germany and this is the reason why it was bought to offer trustly no-reg to german market.

There's so many Vulkans around... I dont have a list of the ones which belong to the owners of the ones implicated in the novomatic fake slots case. This one certainly has not though..

Ok - I'll let this stand as it is. Closing the thread since I don't think there is really anything more to say about this matter.
