Betat and my withdrawal

Here I am again. I have a $250 withdrawal at BetAt. And they were not gonna transfer to my ecopayz account cuz i used debit cards to deposit a couple of weeks ago. That got taken care of and Sean from chat services made an exception. So I withdrew to ecopayz and now I have an email stating I used click And buy which I used months ago if not.a year ago. And they want my banking info.

I am fully verified. But now cuz I used clickandbuy I am once again unverified.

What did I do to be unverified. Like in the year that I used clickandbuy and debit cards did my identity change. did I become someone else that I have to go thru this again.


And chat services says I should use ONE metbod ONLY next time. Then what is the fkn point Of having payment options then. They didn't have a problem when I was depositing in many methods.

Seriously. I love that I can play and cash out right away that's why I play at betat and videoslots. But I do not have my own bank account. Only a business account for my business.

Now why is it that they can take in the money using all these methods but can't give it back Irrelevant of deposit method?

In my experience, before the 2nd half of 2015, if i had multiple verified deposit methods (skrill / bank) , it didnt matter if i withdrew to either one, regardless which one i used to deposit.
Later i could really only make 1 on 1 withdrawals.

I deposited with ecopayz and withdrew to ecopayz. But they need verify my bank account.

And just recieved an email saying I used my clickandbuy to make a purchase today of $20. Now they want to verify my clickandbuy account which if they knew anything they would know that clickandbuy is being disbanded in less than a month.

now tired of all the stupidity. Im pretty sure I will get my money but this is all mind numbing.

Problem resolved. I sent them a screenshot of my clickandbuy account which I have never used with them when I checked my account. I then Received an email last night which I only saw this morning. Withdrawal sitting in my ecopayz account. I am restricted to using one method only for deposits at betat. Ecopayz. All other methods have been disabled.

AML regulation

Hi,

AML regulation have become really strict in terms of source of funds in relation to release of funds.

That said, above reads overly complex and confusing.

Could you please PM me your username so i that i can investigate personally?

Because that's illegal.

Anti-Money-Laundering directive states, without fail, and at a risk of losing a licence, that withdrawals must be paid out first to the method used to source the funds, until the amount equal to the original sum of all deposit has been satisfied.

Lets say you deposit 100 with debit card, then 20 with click and buy, then 50 with Ecopayz; and now you'd lie your 250 winnings to be withdrawn to EcoPayz. The AML process forces us to send your $250 withdrawal to the debit card first, up to $100, then $20 to C&B and the remaining amount can be paid to ecopayz.

That is what every casino online is required to do, to be completely honest with you.

There are payment methods that do not allow withdrawal options. In such cases we need to verify a different payment method that is applicable to withdraw to.

Not all payment methods are available to withdraw to when depositing with pay-safe however.
