I'll answer individual queries on various items soonish - expect error 2's top crop up for some, but not in such a drastic format. We are working on it but it's not a straight forward solution and as much as id like to take the site down until its 100% it also isn't ideal to keep it down for 24 hours at the time.
Vynil, once this passes I'd like to reply in regard to MGS comments on the bandwidth throttle - it's not as grievous as I may have represented it The spike expectancies are dynamic however up to reasonable limit, this kind of bandwidth spike (increasing traffic 50 and 60 fold) was engineered by us and frankly its not MGS to blame, its us. That said, you're not incorrect - the majority of the "check with your ISP" responses really aren't due to the player's ISP. It's just a common operator approach as by the time its 'checked' any bugs would have been resolved. This case is very different to that however.
Vinny, The balance that showing in the game environment screen is there to help with games that only have the chip count option. Some players do not appreciate not seeing their real money balance when having the game open full screen. As such, we added the balance that updates every 10 seconds or so allowing players to keep an eye on their money irrelevant of whether the in-game window is chip based or money based. In game window will always be the most precise one as it updates with every single spin, rather than time based.

We're still working on the error-2 and I wouldn't expect everything to run smoothly right away but we're sincerely on it 24/7 internally and with MGS and will bring it to normal.
Must admit I'm getting a bit bored of 'trying' to play now.
Guys, I have to take the site back offline. We increased server capacity, got the increase in band-with but we're still getting complaints from a good percentage of customers. Everyone will be compensated accordingly so i wouldn't worry about NDB's but we need to get everyone's experience top notch.
Don't let this completely put you off - whatever tech shortcomings we've experienced, we are going to provide a fair compensation once things are ironed out. I know its frustrating and you expect and deserve better. We'll reciprocate in kind - I just need a little bit of patience to let us get things back on track.
Any issues that are related to your game play or such , raise them to support so we can keep a track of who to compensate and resolve accordingly.

hello bet @ eu ive singed up for your casino today , tried making 3 deposits of 300not one have worked internal server error ive re clicked it serval times & everytime the same problem . doesnt seem to be loading quickly at all , perhaps you can look into it please , i can send userrname if required ? ? ?
It is all connected the same issue- front end overload. It started as MGS bandwidth, but now that that's been resolved, our front end needs to keep up. Please send the case to support@bet-at.eu until we get the hardware in order and ensure the experience is smooth.

We are undergoing maintenance and have disabled login for players to limit potential problems and freeze gameplay until the problem is solved, hence why you are most likely experiencing issues with your account. We're really sorry about this but unfortunately its the best way to handle the situation at the moment when taking into consideration the of influx of players trying to access the site and the inevitable poor experience which ensues because of excessive lag.
We will keep everyone up to speed on the progress and will certainly notify all players once we are live again.

Why not stay calm and wait now until they are 100% ready? Karl and Igor will contact everyone or and write in this thread when it's working proper. If everyone keeps trying to log in is not gonna make it any easier for them. Give them some time now to resolve
Ive been trying to deposit now for 6 hours but I keep getting server errors at different stages in the cashier.
The whole website seems to be running very slow.Im using IE is this the cause?
I dont think this has anything to do with the "error 2" faults as mentioned by others or has it?
