well that was weird, reels were spinning on leagues of fortune, error 2 popped up, my balance at the bottom left on the machine went to 96 from 32, but the 2 balances at top right stayed at 32, i reload the game and all 3 are back to 32 ;( shattered! Probably should have waited until this was cleared up lol, but meh, was free chip!

EDIT: similar thing just happened again, no error 2 this time though. I had 8euro or so, i won 50 odd in free spins, but my balance at bottom left showed 145

I'm not saying that I got wrong amount. The higher numbers that showed at the bottom left were wrong both times, I got the lower, correct, amount. Is just strange and disconcerting to see balance shoot up then back down again lol

We are working on it but it's not a straight forward solution and as much as id like to take the site down until its 100% it also isn't ideal to keep it down for 24 hours at the time.

Vynil, once this passes I'd like to reply in regard to MGS comments on the bandwidth throttle - it's not as grievous as I may have represented it :) The spike expectancies are dynamic however up to reasonable limit, this kind of bandwidth spike (increasing traffic 50 and 60 fold) was engineered by us and frankly its not MGS to blame, its us. That said, you're not incorrect - the majority of the "check with your ISP" responses really aren't due to the player's ISP. It's just a common operator approach as by the time its 'checked' any bugs would have been resolved. This case is very different to that however.

Vinny, The balance that showing in the game environment screen is there to help with games that only have the chip count option. Some players do not appreciate not seeing their real money balance when having the game open full screen. As such, we added the balance that updates every 10 seconds or so allowing players to keep an eye on their money irrelevant of whether the in-game window is chip based or money based. In game window will always be the most precise one as it updates with every single spin, rather than time based.

We're still working on the error-2 and I wouldn't expect everything to run smoothly right away but we're sincerely on it 24/7 internally and with MGS and will bring it to normal.
 
you missed the point, the one on the game itself, not the bonus counter or the top right. twice(sry 3x, i only managed to get shot of it twice) it changed to a larger amount than i had in my balance then next spin changed back down, not just that one updated faster, but the one in the game showed a completely wrong (higher) figure. very next spin it went back to being correct

look at the tennis one. at 11.29 am the bottom left balance (in the game) is saying i have 140 odd dollars, when it should be like 51. then next shot at 11.30am it says 60 again? where did 140 come from?

just tryed to register but it just came up server error and the main took a good couple of minutes to load

Don't let this completely put you off - whatever tech shortcomings we've experienced, we are going to provide a fair compensation once things are ironed out. I know its frustrating and you expect and deserve better. We'll reciprocate in kind - I just need a little bit of patience to let us get things back on track.

Any issues that are related to your game play or such , raise them to support so we can keep a track of who to compensate and resolve accordingly.

hello bet @ eu ive singed up for your casino today , tried making 3 deposits of 300not one have worked internal server error ive re clicked it serval times & everytime the same problem . doesnt seem to be loading quickly at all , perhaps you can look into it please , i can send userrname if required ? ? ? yep your site is down now )

It is all connected the same issue- front end overload. It started as MGS bandwidth, but now that that's been resolved, our front end needs to keep up. Please send the case to [email protected] until we get the hardware in order and ensure the experience is smooth.

Working on it with MGS, with platform providers, expanding hardware and sorting databases - we tried rushing it last night and it didn't fair well - if you can please be a little patient none of the free chips will expire and everyone will be well compensated.

We just never expected this level of traffic to come flowing in simultaneously. Not long now, testing a few things out with the new equipment. Everyone's freebies and comps are safe I promise :) In the end it'll work out to your benefit, but we need to be solid this time.

The whole website seems to be running very slow.Im using IE is this the cause?

I dont think this has anything to do with the "error 2" faults as mentioned by others or has it?

I don't understand Greigssy. If you read back just a few posts you will see that the site is not up right now.
I'm sure they will let you know when it's back because I'm sure they want your money. :D

A note for you and all other players posting individual issues here: it is MUCH more effective to raise these issues to support than to raise them here. Even if you just come on chat - it may be a disconnected issue to this overall downtime (unlikely). Also, raising an issue via e-mail will allow us to forward it to the relevant department if there is need.

At this point in time we re-opened doors just to see how the traffic behaves. We are still pending some answers from MGS on a few things that seemed resolved, but in reality aren't, and the local servers have had upgrades overnight which will have its own kinks and difficulties. We have been forced to do this ad-hoc on a live environment due to the overflow of customers coming - and do it over the weekend which makes it hard to reach out to some third party providers relevant departments.

Tomorrow morning when its a full working day for every third party provider we have we can do things with more impact but for now the site is back on line and being monitored cautiously. Erros appeared across the board due to new connections to the databases etc. due to rapid hardware upgrade.

I'm sorry to say its really not a stable environment at the moment to enjoy your experience which is why we didn't officially send out anything to say we are back on-line and ready to take the brunt of the traffic.

But the site has been up any time I logged in and I only registered today and never read all of this thread till afterwards so expected everything to be fine as I was being logged in.

I have tried chat but I was getting no dialogue box,and my browser was freezing. So posted on the baptism of fire thread as I was having problems.
 
The old school rule with delivery content providers was once a certain bandwidth was reached either traffic was throttled or blocked, the new way that is provided by some is either the traffic over an agreed usage is monitored and adapted to but with a warning if the usage exceeds after a predetermined amount of time. Or it adapts and any agreed charges listed in a contract are billed after the fact.

Surprised this type of agreement for the later was not in place or at least discussed. Maybe something the casino could negotiate with the third party provider in the future, scaling is not that much of any issue these days and can have mutual benefits.

but my deposit vent through but my account still shows 0 :(

Checked with support if my various documents could be used as ID (birth certificate, tax forms, wage slips, exception nhs certificate, bank cards, bank statement, DWP documents, photos I could of taken of myself holding them all) which with a lot of casinos are usually fine. It's common sense really. As I always say... Even the most sophisticated of fraudsters wouldnt have all those documents of mine, let alone be fine with taking a picture of them holding the documents.

Was told I needed ID, passport or driving licence. I have neither, never driven, never been overseas, government don't issue ID here.

Then was told about "Citizen card". Fair enough, its some card for anyone in the UK... but...

1) Im near enough 30, what other use would I have for this card?
2) I would have to get it verified because I currently have no "official ID" (Can be verified by a Teacher, Head of year, Certified solicitor, Social worker, Prison probation officer... I have none of those, the only thing I have is a dr but havent been for 10 years thus have no set DR who would sign it)
3) It takes weeks to arrive, pay them, print forms, have pictures taken, get it verified, send them back and wait until I get the card.... I wanted to gamble now... not in a few weeks.
4) Its £15.... not much but why should I pay it when 80% of casinos I play at will accept what I already have.

A shame really because I would of liked to deposit. Hey sparkz, we4're one of the common sense ones :) Its necessary to generalise due to the overwhelming fraudsters around. Send in the proof of identity that's relevant to your name - i know in some countries photo ID's are not a pre-requisite and we take that into account. Send the proof of address and certified depositing paymetn method (copy of the credit card or a screenshot of e-wallet account page followed by a screenshot of your first transaction). We can deduce the rest.

Keep in mind that the usual rules apply: withdraw back to the depositing method until the deposit amount. Any winnings over that amount can go wherever you need them to go as long as you KYC that payment method.

The nightmare of a weekend seems to have died down. New hardware seems to be operating pretty well, MGS have replied asking to close the issue as it appears resolved from their end. I'm asking for few additional clarifications but we've been running smoothly since this morning’s last maintenance down time and the traffic hasn't dropped too far down. If anything I'm surprised at the eagerness of the folk given the amount of choice out there which frankly I appreciate :)

So what now?

For one, we are contacting everyone that deposited over the weekend to ensure real money comps are in place. We’ll be taking each case individually and crediting balance top-ups, awarding deposit matches and NDB’s. Also everyone that came in to play their initial NDB will be re-awarded with better terms (higher max withdrawal and lower wagering). We are designing a tailored welcome pack for all new signups over the weekend.

A note on Achievements: Due to breakdowns in the database when installing new hardware we received a few requests with (0) values. We’re back tracking the accomplished achievements and re-importing data from MGS on in-game rewards so we can reset the values and give the opportunity to request the cash-outs again. WE need MGS for this so I expect the fix to be applied tomorrow. Anyone that has requested an achievement over the weekend PM me so I push your case up the ladder and deal with it on individual basis.

I’m about to contact every one that has posted on this thread and get the compensation plan in place. Today will be “manage the damage” day so if you’d like to be proactive about it, please drop me a PM and I’ll act on it accordingly.

Yesterday was kaos of course, had the free chip. Met about 60% of WR on the laggy games... But then bust out :/.

Anyway, today played better with next to no lag. 100 in and about 160 cashed out (paid no doubt when transactions have gone through on my statement and I can send copies). A nice fun session :D

The first spins went well but then came the lag and the last 100 spins were hopelessly slow :( A shame but I´m sure it will get better. I really like the wagering tracking and the game selection.
