Just remember, that most of the time these slots won`t give you the best return but the biggest headache

Break Da Bank Again can return big wins for small stakes as well although it may break your bankroll trying to get there.

You don't have to play slots with less lines. You can play any slot and adjust the amount of lines. I do this with Excalibur, Wild Witches, and Trolls (Netent). The games are 20 lines so you can play 15 lines for a 15 cent bet. The golden wild coupled with a medium-high variance feature can return some modest wins.

As far as I know none is available in the US. I am afraid you are stuck with just RTG, NuWorks, BetonSoft and Rival. So the best return on a slot for a US accredited casino would be in my opinion RTG Vulcan and T-Rex both are high variance. Rival Scary Rich and I have no clue for the others.

If you are tied to RTG i would pick Keno on 1ct., or Fruit Frenzy:
This is still one of my favourite slots to lowroll on, in the hopes for a decent feature.
You can play it with only 1 line, or up to 25, and when you hit a 5OAK in the basegame (on a line you are playing ofc.) you will get Free Spins, up to 25, and i have found there's a good chance for multiple retriggers.
Keno is just one cent, but you can still win a lot, I usually go there with less then a euro and on occasion got up to 80,-
I don't exactly know what your bankroll per session is, but if it's really low, i'd suggest sticking to these two games untill you hit a good one
