I originally put this thread up in the introduce myself section by mistake so I'm re-posting it here where I think it belongs.Please forgive my mistake as I figure this forum out. Thanks! ANyway, Just recently I received an email from the finance department at Win Palace Casino (where I no longer play) and then a few days later from Grand Parker Casino (where I still was playing). The emails both told me that I was no longer allowed to use bonus coupon codes and that it was a management decision. No explanation was given whatsoever. The only thing I can possibly think of is that I have won more from these casinos than I have deposited. But I have not done anything wrong nor have I violated any terms or conditions. I'm cerainly not a big roller!!! Has this happened to anyone else? I've read a lot of negative or shady things about Win Palace on here and that is why I have decided to stop playing there (also they lie about payout times). But I wasn't having any problems with Grand Parker. I woul love some feedback on this! Thanks!
