Just recently I received an email from the finance department at Win Palace Casino (where I no longer play) and then a few days later from Grand Parker Casino (where I still was playing). The emails both told me that I was no longer allowed to use bonus coupon codes and that it was a management decision. No explanation was given whatsoever. The only thing I can possibly think of is that I have won more from these casinos than I have deposited. But I have not done anything wrong nor have I violated any terms or conditions. I'm cerainly not a big roller!!! Has this happened to anyone else? I've read a lot of negative or shady things about Win Palace on here and that is why I have decided to stop playing there (also they lie about payout times). But I wasn't having any problems with Grand Parker. I woul love some feedback on this! Thanks!

Sorry, but get used to it. Casinos slap on bonus bans quite frequently; you aren't the first and you won't be the last. Winning does play a factor. So does taking bonuses without straight up deps as well. Casinos frankly don't need a reason. You'll get used to it LOL

Dude... STICK to the Accredited list. Its nice that you get all those bonuses at Grand Parker and crew; Its nice that You GOT paid... Sooner or later, something goes wrong at these places and then its 'We Told You So' ...

Places like Alladins Gold (ClubWorld) have nice bonus offers (Unlimited 200% for 7days) AND they are Accredited.

These guys would have flunked their marketing/pr courses. The casino can make any decision it wants but it should at least try to give a reason for its decision. If they had not told you about their decision and you found out by yourself and they then refuse to give you a reason it might have been better. In this case a player is clearly provoked at receiving such an email which ends by stating its a management decsion.. In other words you are told to fxxk off.

The accredited casinos do that too? No, actually they don't. They only tell you what have happened and the reason, when you found out you can't redeem bonuses.
At least this casino tells you when they have reach the decision.

I was bonusbanned at Jackpot Capital. Found out when trying to redeem a code sent by snailmail.
Inetbet do the same.
Club World have even closed account because someone was winning too much, with or without using bonuses.

I don't like this casino and I want people to play at those that are accredited here, but they don't handle these things so much better.
